Their contact consulted with me throughout the service to ensure the tv would be where I wanted it, and he was careful to put down protective cloth so that they wouldn't leave a mess. He worked pretty quickly, neatly, and ensured I was good with the service before he left. They also provided a cord cover for the tv cable without an extra charge. Overall, it took about 30 mins. It was a little pricey, but I knew that beforehand and chose them because they had good reviews! Would definitely recommend.

Mohammed Khan came to my home to set up my somewhat complex stereo and speaker system with many…read moredifferent and diverse components. After spending almost 3 hours unsuccessfully trying to connect various components and speakers and screwing up the soundbar connected to my smart TV, Mohammed left with a promise to return the next day to fix the problems he had caused and complete the job. That was more than a week ago. Since then he has completely failed to respond to any of my emails, text messages or voicemails. Fortunately, I was able to hire another company, Aura Smart Spaces, to fix the mess that Mr. Khan had created and left me with. They were able to straighten out all of the problems he caused and properly connect all of my components in about 2 hours and for a much more reasonable price. Because of his incompetence and his complete ghosting of me when I tried to get him to complete the job as promised, I would never hire or recommend Khan Design to anyone.

I was extremely impressed with his service, professionalism, and attention to detail. He did a great job showing me how everything was mounted and got it placed exactly where I wanted it. He routed the cables well, marked them, secured and tied them nicely so that everything is neat and tidy. He was efficient, yet friendly and personable. My initial call was returned within an hour and an appointment set up to have a technician check out my needs. I am glad I received those referrals. He gave us 3 options to choose from with the benefits of each and didn't try to sell us on anything. He is so nice and I miss having him around. He was patient with my clumsiness working everything and even came back to make adjustments so that it is perfect and I know how to use it. The only down side is that my husband and I are watching way too much TV and now want to upgrade to the biggest baddest TV screen we can get.
