The shampoo kept coming off the wall but that's ok. Bed was comfy, the thermostat actually worked, and the refrigerator also could be cooled to under 40 degrees with the quick-cool function. There is a coffee maker but I didn't try it out. They had coffee and tea in the mornings. I visited BJ's brewhouse once that is adjacent to the hotel. It was fine. I also walked to Legal Seafoods, and you can walk to Burtons. Natick Mall and Shoppers World are around the corner. As a pet friendly hotel, I did hear some dog barking.
