Used to frequent this place often when they first opened. Dropped thousands of dollars for their products, which were great at first. But quality has come down a lot. Their bulk cube gummies started making me paranoid and were weak. Probably using low quality strains of different plants. And all the vapes I've gotten from them (neta house brands and outside brands) don't work anymore or pieces have broken off or they don't carry the brand anymore (probably cuz they're peddling other crap brands for a discount and selling for high profits). I've visited multiple dispensaries around the country, and this is among the more structured ones. Even 20 minutes after they opened, there were long lines inside and outside. Luckily I got a tip to make a reservation online. I'm not sure what each specific line was, but I would've had to wait in one had I not reserved my order online. I was able to browse the products, just like any other online merchant. The site was well organized and it was nice to compare products at my own time. I was most impressed by the vape options. They sell Rubi Kandypens ($50 retail elsewhere) with a 500mg prefilled pod for $85. I needed a replacement pen anyway so it was perfect. They sell the prefilled pods for $60 alone, so it makes sense price-wise. In general, there are a lot of options for medicine: flowers, vapes, edibles, topicals, cbd 1:1, etc. My only complaint is one of the pods isn't filled to capacity -- just a bit more than half full. read more

Came to town for the weekend and we wanted to find a store. A buddy who lived in the area suggested we pre order because the lines are horrible. It took the ride on the green line from downtown (traveling from East Boston) to the station for it to be ready. It was also a Saturday morning at 8:30 am. This was such a cool and foreign experience for me since I live in Tennessee, and I felt like it was only right to visit a store and buy real, legal cannabis products. The different lines for medical and recreational is highly efficient and effective. The online reservation system is great for quick check in and pickup. The staff is super friendly. Prices are reasonable. The quality of flower is varied, commensurate with price usually. The primary downside is ordering from a picture, description and a price. I cant trust this place. Been going for about a year, its cheaper here than locally, mostly smoking the concentrates and holy moly my doctors do not know whats going on with my lungs. I haven't been able to go since the recent corona virus shut down and it only being for med patients. My doctor was urging me for months to research more what Ive been putting into my lungs and always thought to myself "Neta says they test their stuff" or "wouldn't everyone be getting sick ?" This is my own personal story of irony. Ive gone 22 days without smoking anything from neta and no joke i havent needed my inhaler since yesterday 4/2, two days ago.... Ive been on it habitually for the last 5 months. Im a subscriber to the Boston Globe and just saw an article about neta and it made me dig a little deeper( could hear my drs voice in the back of my head). I found some disturbing allegations against this place. Sure these are allegations but in todays society aren't we learning to accept and not immediately dismiss allegations no matter the implications. Please everyone listen to your doctors and be honest with them in what you smoke and how you smoke it, they will document your symptoms, possible causes, theyre thoughts and soo much more... this may be helpful in the future. Save your receipts make sure you document that you are purchasing and using these products. Save pictures of their labels and warning signs you are your ultimate own protector. This industry in MA is so new how can they regulate correctly and efficiently with only a few board member on the committee. And thats leaving out the fact the my research found the President of NETA also works with the CCC, she is regulating her own business on a state level ? Based on the masses they serve that seems like a miscarriage of justice and a concoction to create a very dangerous situation. This place is absolute trash and an insult to the weed industry. To call the sad excuse that this place calls their "menu" garbage, would be generous. To start with, they routinely run out of stains, so if you don't go in the morning, or place your reserve ahead order in the morning, then they'll likely be out of most of the strains by the time that you get there in the afternoon. The selection is terrible and they essentially carry the same 6 strains of flower year round, and almost never add anything new to their menu. Even though they carry the same 6 strains of flower year round, on any given day, they're usually only selling 2-3 strains of flower. I've only mostly dealt with their flower, only because their edibles are a complete waste of money. Bought the sour gummy cubes, took 3, waited two hours and felt nothing. Decided to take half the pack at that point and still felt nothing. I think I might have gotten light headed at one point, but no where near high. On another day I ate the other half the pack all at once, and basically had the same experience. I also tried one of their edible chocolate bars, and ate the whole thing at once, and I again didn't even get high. Aside from shitty products the wait times for the reserve ahead are ridiculous. In fact, the last few times I wasted my time and money going here, the reserve ahead line would be ridiculously long, while the walk-in line would have no one in it, and walk-ins would walk in and be out before I even got in. It almost makes you wonder what the point of having reserve ahead is, if you're just going to end up waiting longer than walk-ins. All in all, this place is absolute trash, shit on a sandwich, and given the steep 20% tax on their dud products, I would steering clear of this place. I would only recommend it in very limited circumstance: 1) You can't get in touch with your other sources 2) If you want to buy a small amount like a gram and your other sources don't deal in quantities that small 3) You have little to no experience with weed and have a very low tolerance 4)You have money to waste read more

Being from CT where it is decriminalized but not for purchase to the general public, I was excited to visit this dispensary that was recommended by our taxi driver. NETA was very organized and oh so quick getting people in and out. Our first purchase was smooth and we got to understand how everything works and how much we can buy. He told us that we could get back in line and buy more if we wanted to (there is a limit per transaction). My fiancé and I ended up going back in line for seconds. Our other cashier was also friendly and helpful. All around, the staff working here are amazing! I felt safe and welcomed here. There are a few policemen outside but they won't bother you. Taxation is high at 20%. However, I'm willing to pay that kind of tax for something I really want/need. There are many options to choose from including flowers, oil, pre-rolled options, edibles, pills, and lotions. The menu changes day to day. The delivery guys are INSANELY NICE!!! Like, out of the way nice. I always seem to get the same guys who deliver to South Boston on Saturday mornings. The quality of Neta's product is like no other. I've been to many of the other dispensaries in Boston and I actually got moldy flower from one of them. The others didn't seem to have as much information on their product, also. I don't like to get super high and I like to be able to see exactly the amount of THC and CBD in what I'm smoking or vaping. I have dealt with management and they have been super helpful. Long story short - NETA serves its purpose. Nothing more nothing less. Expect long lines to begin with. Have ID ready as it is similar protocol to entering a bar. Takes about 30 min to actually move to the front of the line. Then from there, another 30 minute wait once you're inside. Item selection is very limited. Staff are not friendly and give you an extremely "bothered" kind of vibe. Forget asking questions about products. Parking is extremely difficult as well!
