I asked him for the flavors we wanted, and he explained that the boxes we were referring to were "back stock" and we could only buy them if we purchased the case, since no one buys more than the small boxes at a time. Went in late at night to buy a cheap piece to get me through the night as they are the only shop…read moreopen at this hour. I was literally scammed and conned into spending twice what I wanted to spend by the woman who works there at night. She confused and manipulated me into buying something I did not want and then I was told she does not know how to do a refund (meanwhile she is there all by herself constantly.....) & when i kept insisting that i did not want the second piece, SHE kept insisting that I would be "okay" and that I could "make use of the piece...." Again, to be clear, I did not want 2 pieces, I didn't want to spend that much money in the first place. The manager is there very limited hours, making it so difficult for me to return the unwanted piece that I've cut my losses and will not be going back to this smoke shop. I'm very mad about it & I've heard others with a similar story about this place so be careful if you do still decide to shop here.....and make sure you get a receipt because she did not give me one and also sneakily ripped the price tag off of the piece seemingly so I could not return it.
