We took the Newport Rhode Island tour, and thought it was super and very well done. We were picked up exactly on time, and it was smooth sailing the whole day. Lucia was not only kind and patient, she was a great driver. She had a lot of knowledge to impart, and even had some fun stories and jokes. We saw the Breakers and Marble House. Both are stunning and a must see when in Newport. We had a couple hours to shop and have lunch. This is a great tour to get a taste of Newport in a day!

I really enjoyed a day trip/excursion to Martha's Vineyard. To me, I think the cost for the trip was definitely well spent! No driving involved. You get dropped off to go on a boat to the island, go around the island to different towns on a beautiful day, listening to all the details of the island, get some local shop discounts, some water/snacks and dropped off at your Boston location. It's a great way to spend the day without all the logistics worries..especially if you are doing it with 2 people or less. The tour guides were prompt, informative and good with time management..so you really don't have to worry about anything. If I have time to see around New England again, I would definitely be interested in going with this your company again. They do have trips to Salem, Martha's Vineyard, Newport/Providence, etc...so there's something of interests for anyone!

I took this tour group to check out Plymouth and Cape Cod. The Cape Cod leg of the journey was wonderful, one of the best places I traveled to in New England and on my vacation. Unfortunately the bus trip was not fun. Mostly because of be people on the trip. Firstly, there was someone learning the ropes of the trip... so she was an employee. She was there and took two seats for herself on a packed bus so she could be comfortable. She was the only person on the bus with two seats. Paying customers should get that perk not an employee. In the bus, there was a family from Eastern Europe (at least it sounded they were. They were obnoxious. Kept talking throughout the trip and interrupting the tour guide. At one point the tour guide threatened to stop talking if people didn't stop talking. That shut those people up for two minutes and then they kept doing it. That threat is not fair... kick those people off the bus! Don't punish everyone else. The tour guide had no control over the tour. Like when we lost 15-20 minutes looking for a couple who didn't make it back to the bus on time. He kept saying if he didn't find them soon he would move on... never did... so I lost time because some people were selfish. At one point on the bus, the tour guide offered to take everyone to a certain random beach so people can see what one looks like. I come from Florida, I have seen plenty. Well the Eastern Europeans wanted to see it. The bus voted and the majority ruled that they didn't want to lose time in any other site for that. They were unhappy and complained and so the tour guide said well how about we take less time from the other places and give some time in the beach... so a bunch of weak people on the bus agreed. Unfair! I didn't pay for this! And you cannot change a vote if it doesn't go your way. The tour guide just wanted to have a rest it seems. We lost about 15 minutes in Cape Cod and a ton for Pilmouth Plantation. We got to the Plantation at the end of the day where we came too late for the authentic turkey dinner that was to be included. So we got back to the hotel hungry, late and had to eat McDonald's! Yeah sorry but I was sorely disappointed.

Great trip from Boston to Plymouth MA. Our tour guide was tremendously educated on everything we saw and it's significance. Everything was very timely, comfortable, and enjoyable. Would definitely do another trip with them if ever out in Boston.

    Crowded and uncomfortable bus

We were staying in Cambridge, so when we took this tour we walked over the bridge and met the bus in front of one of their pickup hotels. We were told to be there at 6:45- we showed up at 6:40 and the bus was full, with the only two remaining seats left not next to each other, so my husband and I took a very long and uncomfortable ride sitting next to strangers. This really, really irked me. The van was small, a little stuffy, and just too crowded. Same with the ferry that takes you to Martha's Vineyard - it was completely packed, not even enough seats for everyone to sit. That being said - taking a trip out to the island for the day is an AWESOME way to spend the day, and I'd totally do it again. I'd just meet the bus way earlier than they told me to be there so I could get a better seat choice.

I am so glad we chose to do that as Martha's Vineyard is much to vast to explore the first time on your own.

Mobsters and Lobsters is a mafia story laden trip that ends up at the south shore popular lobster eatery. Although Mother Nature and the traffic in downtown Boston decided yo play games with us the owner who's name actually is Tom Collins, started off with a quick quip yo get the folks settled and the first round of beverages were begun. Tom brings us around to the spectacular locations and spots where specific mobsters from the years past were doing their cunning and not so cunning work. Tom's knowledge for this thoroughly interesting topic is unmatched. His serious knowledge of the history of other significant historical places and events speckled with his dry "Bastan" humor. Made this trip extremely worthwhile. The duration was four hours long which also included a Lobster dinner at a local eatery on the south Boston harbor. I haven't laughed this hard in a long while. If you are in beantown for a spell. I highly recommend you and you motley crew join Tom for an interesting alcohol added trip back in time. I am positive your jaws and cheeks will be sore from laughing so hard. Be aware this is an "R" rated trip! But very worth it. Thanks Tom for making this a great memorable evening.

Turns out the Duck Tours were tours in semi-aquatic buses that mix history, jokes, and sightseeing. We also got to go into the water and folks took turns driving the duck boat. What was delightful about our tour was our captain who entertained us with magic tricks, punny jokes, dad jokes, and history. We quacked at passerbys, other duck tours, recent graduates, kids in hi-vis vests. He pointed out the marines organized in a park with the Osprey and other planes. I left my knowledge of American history in elementary school, so everything was super fascinating to me. I thought my honey would enjoy this being a historian and all but he didn't care for the jokes, which I thought were the best part. Oh well. Worth a tour when you're in the Boston area!

When I took my kids on the tour in 2019, I was so impressed with the professionalism of the attendants who help out beforehand. They were all wearing khakis, had their shirts tucked in, and there were no phones in sight. I remember one lovely young man who was wearing a Vineyard Vines belt and my son was obsessed with it, and he graciously told me what the print was called and I was able to purchase it for him for Christmas that year. This time around, it was shocking to me how opposite our experience was pre-tour. I recall in 2019 receiving a warm welcome walking up to the boarding location, but not this time. They were all huddled in a pile by the umbrella, and no one greeted us. I approached an employee who identified himself as a driver and instead pointed me to an attendant who could "better assist". When I asked which boat to board, we were rudely told to "Just wait here until we announce it", which felt like a big departure from the friendliness of a few years ago. The attendants themselves just looked messy, and it seems the standards went down significantly. We had so much fun on the tour itself, but the end to end of an experience is really what makes or breaks it, and the bad customer service before boarding left a sour taste in our mouths.
