It was in the middle of a rain storm and it was basically raining inside our house due to a leak in the roof, under our solar panels. Ramirez Roofing provided an estimate and then coordinated the fix which required collaborating with a solar contractor to remove then reinstall the panels. They were great at communicating every step of the way, and on the day of the repair, they were here right on time and the work was completed in under 2 hours (this includes removing solar panels, figuring out exactly where the leak was, repairing the leak, and reinstalling the panels). But a few thousand is a few thousand, We are a budget family, only have one provider, my wife, I am on full Disability, so I try to help her with any thing I can, sometimes it hard due to my chronic pain, really takes it out of it, but she is Amazing.. ANYWAYS, back to this ROOF. lol "Davis Roofing", It came down to what ive researched , I narrowed it to 2 companies, "Davis Roofing" . I am very grateful that they took those massive boards/beams out, since they were really warp, so they replaced them, looks great like nothing happened or wasnt repaired. No charge , it was in our quote , so Im guessing they do that for all there customers, and part of there bussiness model , which is awsome and doesnt throw a wrench into the operation of the roof, and extra fees that is already expsive enough, lol... They really want to earn your business. And trust me they go the extra Mile for you. I could go on about there company and met with the owner, nice guy.. What really prompted me to write this review is his comment that he won't leave his driveway without a $100 service call. I already agreed to pay $395 for a full roof maintenance service, which should include inspecting the roof for any issues. Asking for an additional fee on top of that feels like he's trying to take advantage. Proper maintenance work should uncover problems without a separate service call charge. Overall, I wouldn't recommend him if you value honesty, transparency, and respect for your time.

I called ACS because they are experts with tile roofs. Mark was very honest with me about ACS not doing the cleaning of roofs any longer but, I was so grateful that he spent extra time giving me all of the information about my roof and who to call to clean it as well as what to look for when hiring someone.
