He tried to charge me $18,000 to install 1900 sq. Feet of LVP, not including material. We got the material and installation for under $8k. Big difference. Overall though, the work they did was great and we are very happy with our new kitchen. Mozart is a one stop shop, which is what we wanted.

I paid to have my main bathroom completely gutted and redone. They started off great and then the…read morework got sloppy. The grouting on the tile kept peeling away (even after waiting longer than they told us we needed to). They finally used a different product but it is lifting and cracking again. My new tile floor has stress fractures. When they FINALLY came to look at it I was told it was due to the house settling. The options given were to replace the cracked tiles or they would give me an estimate to go under the bathroom and place supports so that this would not happen again. If they replaced the tiles they would not guarantee that this wouldn't happen again. I never got the estimate after requesting a few times. When they placed my counter tops in, it was the wrong color. They fixed that issue. My shower head leaks when filling the bathtub. I was told this is "normal" but it is a steady stream. I paid extra for a deep tub so I can soak. It's very annoying to sit in the tub and have the shower head splash on you. Painting was extremely sloppy. Overall, just pick a different company.

She also follows up with every step and made sure all our needs were fulfilled. We have a smaller kitchen so we had to make a couple of tweaks with the design and layout, Marwa was always there for us. They also have different price point for each design depending on your desired material so don't get intimidated by the "high-end" look. You might be surprised with what you can do with your budget. We are very satisfied with the final project and definitely will recommend.

We came namely to get tile for a quick repair but we've on and off noted and wanted then forgotten this place during 4 major rounds of tile-buying for our current home's ongoing progress. Finally, at last, we came and it's as good as it looks outside with immediate attentive service from the admittedly not-busy shopkeeper and tile specialist who knew what is in and out of stock which is crucial given the ongoing major supply chain problems which styme the atypically easy possibilities. We easily found tile we liked from its prominent and easy-to-peruse tile display stand and ascertained it was in stock so after easy negotiating (still a thing here), calculating, and payment, we got the car ready which thankfully is easier as this part of the block on New Utretcht Ave has some spots and loaded easily. I look forward to returning for the next round of tile as we have a stairs project which will benefit from their nice selection, very fair prices, and expert knowledge.

When we walked in, we got greeted by a female by the named Cecelia. Cecelia was very helpful, knew her job and knew it well. Helped me design the kitchen to what I visioned and sent me deferent 3D designs. She made the design and estimate and measurement process as easy as possible. After the design was finalized and deposit made. The material came next day, and the guys was working on the kitchen the following day . All in all it took 3 days to do the kitchens, ohh did I say it was 2 kitchens? 1 in the basement as well. The guys was clean professional and had the right tools to get it done. After they finished the stone guys came the following week and installed quartz as well. Another clean professional crew. My daughter and I engaged John of Grand Kitchen Design to help design and supply the cabinets for a…read morekitchen renovation of her apartment. We had a couple of false starts on the first appointment, bur from that point on, John was incredibly responsive, professional and clear in communications with us. We must have had him develop and tweak the drawings 8+ times before we arrived at the final drawings. He personally came to the site to measure a few times. GKD only supplies stock cabinetry - nothing custom. Their warehouse is in New Jersey. As a result, the cabinets were delivered to us 7 days after we approved the final drawings; as promised and in good condition. One back panel was in the wrong material; the correct panel was delivered the next day. We also needed to modify and order other panels, and John was very accommodating and helpful in arranging that immediately. Other cabinet suppliers we talked to seemed to specialize in expensive custom cabinetry, which we felt was unnecessary for our needs, and the timeframe for delivery was 6 to 8 weeks (from Europe). Heaven knows what would happened if one piece was damaged or incorrect - it could protract the cabinet work by months. Speaking of costs, GKD was very affordable - again, a consideration that mattered greatly to us. The quality of the cabinets was very good, including the soft close features of the drawer and doors. The range of cabinet designs and materials was also very good. We felt we got excellent value for our money, but more than anything else, we got wonderful, personalized service from John.
