Here we go, I found this nail parlor next door to my favorite pizza place LaCasa. Right across the street from CVS in the strip mall on Main Street. They have great customer service within. Very pleasant. I see a lady name, Shelly. She is amazing. Never rush to do my feet. She smiles all the time. Very nice with a great personality. I even recommended family and friends to come for service at this nail parlor. Very clean and the prices are just like everyone else's so can't complain about that. Overall this is the nail parlor I'm sticking with for now. It's challenging to find a good place. Here is one great nail parlor.

I have been coming to this place for over 15 years. All of my family and children go here also. Exceptional people. Even with the language barrier they still are all so accommodating. Any crazy design I bring to them they still do for me. Annie is amazing and I can always trust that she knows what I want. This place makes me feel so at home. Love you guys.

I was amazed to see they used brand new tools for me, not sure if they do that for everyone but I thought that was pretty cool. I got a French manicure and it cost $14 and my boyfriend's pedicure cost $18. That's a bit overpriced for a man's pedicure given that he didn't use nail polish but the French manicure was definitely worth it.

I absolutely love coming here. I go to this nail salon about twice a month for powder gel. I love their options for powder gel! They also have a card where you can get $8 off after 10 visits and give you a birthday present if you have a box there. Definitely recommend to make an appointment!

It's a clean and nice place BUT past 2 time I was here and did gel manicure polish was falling off in like 6 days and it's really upsetting after you pay 25+ for you manicure. Especially when you have newborn and you can't go back and force to fix a problem. I hope you guys can improve this.

I went here after many years, I was pleasantly surprised with the renovations, the place looked immaculate and I was greeted with a friendly smile. Many cokes to choose from, I had a pedicure and a dip powder manicure. I'm happy with both. The prices are comparable to any other local nail salon. Sometimes these establishments have bad customer service but not new feeling. I enjoyed the whole experience and so far so good, it's about 5 days now. read more

I wish there was an option to give no star! It was the worst manicure I got. The lady who did it for me did not even bother to soak my fingers before putting the new nail polish! Not hygienic at all!! The polish started to crack and fall a few hours after I got the manicure. read more

Clean, friendly, and great choice of colors. You won't find a better value for your money than this place, where basic manicures are a mere $9, pedis are $18, and it's only $25 for both. The loyalty card they keep with your tools (upon request) is awesome since you get a free mani every 11th visit. Fantastic service, hygienic facilities, and nothing is ever any trouble. Happy to have been a loyal customer since 2010, when friends turned me on here for a quick lunchtime treat while we all worked in Islip! read more

Took my mama here for mothers day and we loved every second of our visit! The place appears to be very clean and organized in its supplies and staff. The staff all had uniforms on and were friendly by making conversation with the both of us. We each had a gel manicure and a regular pedicure with the callus remover. After our mani-pedi they gave us about a 3 minute back massage, definitely left you wanting more. Our mani pedis lasted us two full weeks. I can not wait to come back and be pampered again! read more

This place has has gone down hill, any type of uv gel they use peels off the next day because they are buying cheaper quality and or they water down regular polish with so much alcohol that chips as soon as you leave. They also are skipping critical steps to save money in the process. They also cross contamimate products! 30 uv seconds each layer does not cure. They are always in a rush now & do a half ass job. Raised there prices this year, new guy George is absolutely horrible! After 5 years I will not go back. read more

This has been my regular nail salon since moving to the area about three years ago. The place is always clean and the staff super friendly and accommodating. I had been going here and bringing my daughters for more than 10 years. They used to be a great salon but recently everything has gone downhill. They almost never take walk ins anymore. They have almost no staff except for weekends. Only a couple original girls are nice. The rest don't seem to care or try. I'm very sad to lose my favorite place but I won't be back. read more

I have been coming here for several months now. I get acrylic fill-in with gel polish. I started out with Andy and continue with him because he is very good.pedicures are ok but I like that they line the tub with plastic. The place is very clean. I get my own bag with file and buffer. The workers are friendly. Nice atmosphere. I highly recommand this nail salon. read more

Recently was there to do my nail and toes and the nail technician was rude. Their customer service is horrible, I will stay away. I wasn't happy with their service, the lady did it wrong when I explained and show picture of exactly what I wanted and still charged me for her mistake. Went here on a whim I between some errands and will definitely go back. Amy was asked to do my nails. She is very nice and professional. Usually my nails chip within hours and it's 2 days later and still not one chip! I'm actually amazed. This is my go-to nail salon. I've never been disappointed. I've been to many different nail salons on long island and throughout the US and this salon takes the cake. Amy & David are my favorite. I go in every two weeks (usually on sat or sun). Never have to wait more than 10 minutes. I don't make an appointment. I've had many other nail techs do my nails besides Amy and David and they were all great. I get a pedicure and gel manicure. My gel has never chipped. I've went three weeks with the same gel and no chipping. I highly recommend this salon. I will always go to them. Great staff. Clean Environment. Excellent customer service. read more

I have to say one star because no zero. The last 2 visit . I had bad experience first with Amy who did a $17 ( reg. pedi) job instead of what I paid for $35 per spa. Who I literally had to take the cuticle pusher tool and clean my feet. Today experience was the most horrible experience with DAVID he's RUDE , NASTY and don't listen to his customer. First as a female we have been to thousand of salon and had pedicure . This is the first that I had someone file my cuticle that left a dentition W the nail filer then the cuticle oil wasn't put on first so he push my cuticle w/o oil when I mention it he said after he put it.. Huh! I asked if he can clean inside my nail after he's done w cuticle he got upset and said after wash ... Huh! I don't think so . Why clean after washing my feet and massage .. I was soo upset especially getting out of work looking forward to treat myself for a pedicure and this is what I get ... Awful service for customer and my pedicure .. Finally he put the nail polish horrible with previous color I had still in my nail ... I would not recommend this place as long as David is their or avoid him. She was so careful and went nice and slow so I didn't feel pain. She cleaned up my cuticles so nice. Applied the UV gel very neatly. No bubbles or running over onto my nails. Jessie had another client so Yuki took over. She finished filling them down and I told her I loved how the filed nails looked and she said she could paint them to look like that. I trusted her and they are the exact color I've always wanted and no one could ever replicate. These are by far the best nails I've ever had and the best experience. Anyone who knows me knows I'm respectful, so that accusation made no sense. It got worse when I went in to speak with her. I asked if she handled appointments--she said no. I asked if the owner was available--she said yes. Then she comes around and says, "I'm the owner and the one you spoke to." yeah right after I saw her whisper to two people two girls who was standing at the counter with her so it was obvious she had no interest in solving it so why should my attitude change The fact that I went there that in itself should have told her something, That alone tells you everything. Speaking calmly doesn't excuse rude behavior. The way she handled the situation was unprofessional and unacceptable.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and offered a water which was a lovely touch. The salon itself is spotless beautifully decorated and has a calming spa-like ambiance with soft lighting and relaxing music playing in the background. I booked a gel manicure and my nail technician Nicole was absolutely fantastic. She took her time to ensure every step was done with care--no rushing no cutting corners. She helped me choose a color that would match my taste and even suggested a subtle nail art design that turned out beautifully. The sanitation protocols were also impressive. All tools were sterilized and opened in front of me and the pedicure stations were thoroughly cleaned after each use. It's clear that hygiene is a top priority here. What stood out most was the attention to detail. Nicole made sure my cuticles were neatly trimmed my nails were perfectly shaped and the polish was applied flawlessly--no bubbles no uneven edges. She also made sure I really liked the design before finishing up. I left feeling pampered and refreshed, and my nails have never looked better. I'll definitely be coming back. Definitely recommend this nail salon! I have been coming to New Feeling Nail Spa for years, there has been some changes (the previous owner decided to sell after maybe 13 years.. since then, there have been 2 new owners). The current owner is extremely friendly, accommodating and professional. She has great customer service and takes good care of her clients. She is experienced and has another salon in Ronkonkoma. They do excellent work and I always love the way my nails turn out. The powder dip manicure always lasts for 3+ weeks. Be sure to call ahead to book your appointment. They recently renovated the interior of the salon and it looks absolutely beautiful! Very comfortable and relaxing. I'm sure it has been challenging on the staff to adjust to so many changes (they were closed for almost a month for renovations, they just reopened in April), be patient while they get back into the groove of things and give them a try! After several visits, I can say that this place is extremely hygienic and has a wonderful atmosphere. The second you walk through the door, you're hit with warm welcomes and greetings, an array of nail selections, and peaceful music playing in the background which creates a beautiful essence. Shaping is phenomenal! They never miss to get it JUST how I envision (duck nails). Staff is always so friendly and accommodating from finding the perfect shade for your desired gel color to their massages. Ive known of this salon for over 10 years and no matter where else I've gone this place ALWAYS is my favorite. Beautiful clean and peaceful environment makes this salon TOP NOTCH! Thank you so much! I moved here from California two years ago and tried many nail salons. New Feeling is the best! I love that every customer has there own bag with their own nail file, clippers, etc. No chance of catching a fungus. They are very clean and the staff is very friendly. I never have to wait for a nail technician and I'm never disappointed. They are all good but my favorite is Annie, Eddie, and Yuki. read more

We live close to 7 nail salons and they're all dirty and every time we go we're charged different prices for the same service. This is the cleanest and nicest nail salon that I've ever gone to and I highly recommend Jane. Everyone here seems professional experienced and most importantly they were extremely efficient and accommodating. read more
