I've come here a handful of times and always get great results. I get the powder manicure and I don't schedule an appointment with any specific Nail Tech because they all do a great job! I've gotten Callie, Maggie, Anna and Nicole, and they all take their time and do a great job. Some other nail salons I've been to try to rush through powder because it takes longer, but they all take their time to file the nail after to give it a non-blocky shape. I never have to wait long either for my appointment. 5 stars!

Unique is a very nice nail salon. It's awesome, it's updated and it's bright. Most nails salons are super outdated and off putting. The service and the prices are good. My fiancé comes more often for both manicures and pedicures, while I come every so often for a pedicure.

This was the only salon that could do my fill ins with acrylic structure gel and actually make it thin and nice! I have only gotten my nails done by Nicole and she is great. Her attention to detail is why I like this salon and she doesn't rush. I usually make an appt and I have no issues. During you mani you get a quick massage and heated pad for your neck which makes for a nicer experience. The salon is clean and they are covid compliant as everyone is wearing a mask and they have dividers and hand sanitizer throughout. Awesome selection of colors as well if you're getting a mani or powder gel. Overall i'm very pleased with this salon.

I've been coming here consistently for the past few months and everyone is pretty amazing. I left my last salon where my tech did a fantastic job but I would wait (with an appointment) and she was very slow. I hate sitting for hair and nails!!! I have gone to pretty much everyone at Unique for a special pedicure and everyone was great. I only see Nicole for UV gel nails and she always nails it! She's very professional, sweet and talented. Another plus is that she always has me Put the door within an hour. I always schedule appointments with her as she's super busy. She's never made me wait more than 10-15 minutes and that's only if her last appointment is running late which she's apologetic for. Highly recommend this salon. read more

I've been coming here for months and have had mediocre results every time. I kept coming back because of how conveniently located they are to my house. After my last experience I will no longer be coming back. I have very long coffin shaped nails and they cut them off completely. After almost 2 hours working on the shape they still came out horrible and I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they looked nothing like it! I went home very upset and decided to call back to explain what happened. They told me if I came in they would give me a refund. When I returned they were extremely rude and told me they had to remove the gel in order to give me a refund! read more

I'm so glad I found this nail salon. The pedicures are great and the UV gel manicures always come out perfect. I always make an appointment and never have any issues. Nicole and all the staff are excellent. They are fast but very detail oriented. The back messages are wonderful and the salon is always very clean. I had tried so many nail salons in the area and this one is the best I have been to. Luckily I live only 5 minutes away from this gem of a salon. read more

I love going to this nail salon. Everyone is so nice and does a great job. Almost everyone has done my nails and each time they come out beautiful. Also, other places have stopped giving massages after a manicure or pedicure, but I'm happy to say that this nail salon always gives a nice massage. I love it here! read more

I absolutely love this place!! Today I had an appointment for a regular mani pedi. I read their pedicure list and decided to go with the Lemon/Cucumber one (I think) for $40. It was BEYOND worth it. My legs were wrapped with a mask & I received a full pedicure, plus a 10 min massage and callous remover. My pedicure has never looked this good before and my feet are so soft. I then got just a regular manicure for $10, and it also came out great! I highly recommend this place, this was my second time and I will forever come back! read more

I have been coming here for pedicures for a few years and always leave feeling happy, refreshed and well cared for. Amy always does an excellent job, taking her time to perfect my toes, and gives an incredible shoulder massage at the end while my feet are under the dryer. My pedicures always look great and last several weeks. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. read more

Absolutely worst nail salon experience I have ever had. Dead fish floating in the fish tank, crazy owner who kept grabbing my phone to look at it, grabbing my hands to inspect my jewelry, and more. By the way, she was not even the one who was giving me the manicure. The gel manicure that needed to be removed 4 hours later because it was peeling off. I will NEVER go back. read more

First I got my pedicure. I got a spa pedicure with an extra massage. The massage was so relaxing and it didn't feel rushed. My toes look great. I just got basic pink nails but they're perfect. I wish I remembers the girls name but I don't I'm sorry. Next was my manicure. I had Jessie. I needed to get my old nails taken off and the last salon I went to filed them down so much that they started to hurt. So I told Jessie that my nails were thin and please be careful. She was so careful and went nice and slow so I didn't feel pain. She cleaned up my cuticles so nice. Applied the UV gel very neatly. No bubbles or running over onto my nails. Jessie had another client so Yuki took over. She finished filling them down and I told her I loved how the filed nails looked and she said she could paint them to look like that. I trusted her and they are the exact color I've always wanted and no one could ever replicate. These are by far the best nails I've ever had and the best experience. This is a long review but I just wanted to explain why everyone should give this salon a try.

I was told it would take up until 10 months before I would see the complete results. I was told I that I was given the strongest dosage and that it was a onetime procedure and that within the 10 months I would see the results. Well, it's been over 10 months and Nothing! I went back for the 10 month follow up 3/14/2026 as explained by the clinical director. After the tech took the pics, she asked me if I was happy, I said NO nothing's changed. I want my money back. That Monday the clinical director called me Jemima. She told me she saw a little difference, and she asked me what I wanted to do. I said I want my money back she said no but, I could come in and try a different procedure. I told her NO for 2 reasons 1) you told me it was a onetime procedure 2) that I was given the strongest dosage 3) I would still have to wait another 10 months to be disappointed, and besides every time I called which was too many times to count because I wasn't seeing any results. Everyone kept reassuring me to wait and give it 10 months it. I will be happy you'll see. 12 months later I still have the eye bags. It clearly DID NOT WORK FOR ME. Just in case you say I give a good surgery that was done the day of the service not the 10 months after which is what I had to wait to see the full results which is nothing.

I decided to get a double lobe and navel piercing for my birthday and was not comfortable getting…read moreit done by a male piercer (most in my area are men) so I decided to come here. I submitted an online inquiry, booked my appointment online detailing what I was looking for and filled out a consent form. Again, my booking says lobe and navel. I get there and get greeted by Jessica with "you're here for the tongue and eyebrow piercing?" -- Whoa... nope! We eventually move to the piercing room (wildly uncomfortable plastic chairs that belong in a backyard, not a tattoo/piercing shop) and begin to mark my ears for the lobe piercings. I didn't love that the marks were so far from my existing piercings so I asked for them to be adjusted. They adjusted it, I approved. Finally they pierced them. The piercings were UNEVEN. I had to let the further one close so I could get it pierced again in the proper place. The navel piercing is fine in terms of being centered but my skin reacted poorly to the original jewelry and didn't start to look normal until I was allowed to change it out months later. Most notably I was hoping that whoever did my piercing would be at least somewhat personable but instead Jessica barely looked at me and or spoke to me outside of a regurgitated spiel about keeping the piercings clean and minimizing infection. It was delivered so quickly and monotone that it sounded like the bleak side effects portion of a medication advertisement. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want to be spoken at instead of to, be forced to wear the ugliest starter jewelry (that's also next to impossible to remove) or to get uneven piercings. In the end I spent $120 total tip not included with plain starter jewelry. In retrospect I think that's kind of insane

Him and Natalie were both eager to help bring my vision to life by helping me find the perfect pieces. Dean took his time made sure it was perfect and it sure was he exceeded my expectations !! came into work realizing i was having a piercing emergency.. a rather sensitive piercing had fallen…read moreout and was at risk of closing up. not being familiar with the local spots, i called around town and house of color stood out right away. the front desk folks were super friendly, understanding, and open to a walk-in. i stopped by in person about an hour later, and they took the time to really listen to my concerns and what i needed. dean, one of the piercers, helped me out.. incredibly accommodating and easy to talk to. though i haven't had my original piercing or any tattoos done here, i'd definitely consider it based on this experience alone.

Visit Date: February 9, 2020…read more So I followed Marc Salerno (like he was my favorite musician) to this tattoo shop because I loved the tattoos he did for me when he was at space ace and I currently need tattoos for happiness so I've booked appointments with him until May with more to follow because I am getting an arm sleeve and than maybe more tattoos down my spine after that. The tattoos shop itself reminds me of someone's comfy living room with a tattoo shop inside. I'm also able to bring my son with me which is a plus especially because the appointments I have are during a time where I'm not sure if I could get anyone to watch him. For this recent visit Marc tattooed an open book on my arm. This is the second tattoo that's on my arm sleeve, I already had a black rose with a red ribbon on it from years ago. Marc is amazing, we have a good tattoo artist/tattooey vibe going on and he seems to be able to figure out what I'd like before I've completely figured it out. I'm not sure if he does that for all his clients but I can say that for myself. So I'm definitely impressed with East End Tattoo and if you're going to get an appointment here definitely book with Marc if you can. As long as he's working here yelp can see my tattoo sleeve in progress.

Updating since last time- today I got a tattoo done by Kellie and it is amazing! She is super sweet…read moreand does amazingly detailed and intricate work. I highly recommend East End Tattoo! Both Mary and Kellie are lovely and welcoming people, as well as everyone in the shop! (They just happen to be the two artists there I've gotten tattoos from)

Everything! The very warm welcoming I get and the attentiveness is so appreciative. I feel like a different person after my visit. My daughter has been a customer for a long time my visits have not been as frequent bc I live in Florida. But I fly home to my hairdresser and friends at unique.
