I went in for a pedicure and manicure. I didn't realize that my pants only went 3/4 up my leg. My fault on that, they went up enough, just not up to my knee. But they spoke in their language, all came over, looked and laughed for a minute or two. Finally I just said, you know what, never mind. And walked out. It's a shame as the owner (or wife of the owner) was there and didn't stop them, she joined in. Great salon, great nail techs but after getting powder dip nails, I started to notice a spot under my nail. Thought it was bruising because I tend to bang my hands around sometimes. Today the dip powder portion of the nail lifted and there was fungus under it. NEVER BEFORE HAVE I GOTTEN FUNGUS FROM A NAIL SALON. Won't be visiting them again. read more

The girls are soooo welcoming , caring, and always go out of their way to make sure you are happy and comfortable. The prices are good, and the shop most importantly is always clean. My first time visit to this salon was a terrific experience. I visited after NY reopened amidst the COVID crisis and let me tell you - the staff is on top of their game ! Hand sanitizers, Clorox wipes and Lysol were at EVERY station and the manicurists has a "Cosmetic Sterilization Toolbox" that seemingly steams the equipment. After every customer, the stations were wiped and Lysol down. The staff was also in protective gear ! The staff was nice and courteous and very professional. I sat with Grace and she was a darling and she did my nails really nice. I felt nice and relaxed even though the salon was busy. The ambience is nice and tranquil - I would recommend this place to EVERYONE. Not many salons you find the staff without attitudes. Every walk in they were very accommodating- I like to see that. My mother has been going to this nail salon for years, I have gone with her a few times and have chosen to taken my business elsewhere long before today. Today my mother went in for a gel mani and a pedi before her vacation. When she came home I could see underneath her nails were still dirty from her gardening and her cuticles were also not taken care of. I told her she should go back and speak to the manager. He "tried" to clean her nails he said "there's nothing he can do about it" so she said that would be her last time there and he seemed not to care about losing a customer. In the past they've been able to take care of her hardworking hands so how is it that TWO staff members can't do it. They only charged $10 extra for gel nail polish and when I showed her a picture I saw on Pinterest of cute nails I liked she replicated it perfectly! For a full set of acrylics with gel and designs it only came out to $55 I was thrilled. I got practically the same thing at a different salon for $20 extra and they weren't as nice. I'm out of town for business and needed to get out of the hotel (and get my nails done!) I walked in at around 1:30 for a UV Gel fill, they took me right away. One of the gentlemen started filing off the polish and another guy finished the rest of the process. They took their time, were extremely nice and did a FANTASTIC job.
