I have purchased firearms here in the past when they were located on East Centennial. Guys were great on their customer service & very knowledgeable. I liked the idea of them having a large store w/all their side paraphernalia as well. They had just about everything you needed for your tactical gear. I did go to their grand opening on Synergy St. For me personally I felt it was located in a hidden industrial area. It was small in comparison to what they had before. I'm sure they are doing well being they have their own shop in the back to meet the needs of their customers. All I can say is I haven't been back there since opening day. Was looking to purchase an additional and replacement barrel for one of my handguns. (Bond Arms) . They only sell through retailers. I had done my research and been corresponding with their AA, Lauren F. She told me they can order what I wanted at a fair price but no discount because of the small markup.etc.. So today I drove over , the clerk and I chatted a bit and I showed him the info from Lauren . He went to confirm and Lauren came out and introduced herself. We confirmed the price again and the clerk wrote up the order and I should my barrel in a week or so. Nice store, lots of new long guns on the wall. Seemed like a good selection of hand guns. Can't comment on price since I wasn't comparison shopping. Accessories seemed pretty good selection as did the ammunition. My only negative was no military discount, don't know if that applies accross the board or not. read more

Went into this place with my AR-15 looking to sale it since I no longer use it and see what they would offer. After giving them my rifle for an appraisal they came back and told me they could not appraise it without purchasing a magazine. Which I agreed to and purchased. They then took my rifle to the back and came back and told me they could offer me $75! Yes $75 for an AR15 while they have them for sale for over $2000!! Not only is it an AR15 but I have a scope on it, pop up scopes as well, a new barrel, and an adjustable stock. They then proceeded to tell me when I told them they were crazy to offer me $100 store credit! This place is a rip off, and try to scam people. Prices are pretty high on everything, transfer fee is $50 when most other places charges $25. Ammo & firearm prices are all 10-20% higher than they should be when compared to online retailers and other gun stores in the valley. Also they low balled the ^#$% out of me on a pistol I was considering selling them. An insultingly low offer instead of just saying they couldn't make me an offer. I've never had a long wait or been ignored here so that's a plus. Customer service overall is good. My buddy bought a rifle from them (NFA branded, that they made) and it had issues cycling first time we went out shooting. Pretty disappointing overall and not sure how much longer they'll be in business. I don't know why they're so popular when there are better gun stores around? Also, I bought a pistol from them and some aftermarket sights. They claim to install sights with purchase of a pistol, but it wasn't offered to me. read more

Incredibly fake people, unfortunately. I customized a gun, which is expensive, and shipped it to this address because it was the first gun store I felt comfortable walking into. I'm fine with background checks but they treated me like a criminal! They asked if I take any medications literally looking for any reason not to give me my gun; already payed for! "No I don't" I told them even though it is none of their business!Then they literally Started interrogating me and saying I was high on weed! I've never done any kind of drug ever! First of all you can lose your guns for that and second I was there with another person!! So as an excuse to get me to leave they told me to get "proof of address" which I showed them! I gave them everything they could possibly have needed. Rather than saying I don't feel comfortable giving you your gun like a grownup or Just sending it to someone who does! I, instead, was forced to go back and deal with their passive aggressive bull$h@t 3 more times and eventually updated my license because of them which messes with my car insurance by the way!! to which they then said was unnecessary!! Because there was no reason for them to not be giving me my expensive gun in the first place!! Oh, and guess what, it's now scratched up from them! I saw my gun the first time I went to get it and it was fine! Now it's all scratched up!! First of all shame on me for not shopping around. Next I want to say that the service that I received while shopping was great and everyone was very knowledgeable. All that being said, this store is slightly overpriced on some items and unfortunately in a time of need and shortage during the COVID19 outbreak I didn't take my time in shopping around. The firearm I purchased was about $70 overpriced compared to 3 other stores in the area. I had to purchase the display model(again for my own need) so I received a slightly worn firearm overpriced. The ammunition currently in stock is about 15% more expensive than the same ammo available at say sportsman's warehouse. That is probably due to their purchase volume. I don't think they were taking advantage of the situation or anything. I think they're just naturally a little pricy here. Again my fault for panicking and not shopping around. If price is not an issue here they do provide great knowledge, service and speedy fun cleaning and repairs. read more

First visit here and waited super long without anyone even acknowledging my entry into the store while waiting upfront. One guy up front and many in the back room laughing and joking around without making an effort to come upfront. The store has a bit of everything and the staff is very knowledgeable but I think they need to work on taking care of the customers. If picking up an order you placed they will make u fill out your nix form at the glass case then they'll have to renter everything at all he sales register which took an hour from the time I entered the store until I left thru the front door without my firearm because of the fact he nix check.....first time waiting more than a few minutes....not sure if they backed it up or it was a federal background backlog. It's a good clean store with a wide inventory but if ur experience is anything like mine you will need patience and a lot of time to waste. This used to be my favorite gun store. It's gone down hill and fast. I order a firearm online and had it shipped there. The day before I stopped by to fill out the background check. Today I stopped by to pick up my firearm. I stood at the counter for longer then a half hour without anyone saying anything to me. No sense who came in before the other. I couldn't leave since they have my firearm. Finally I got some help there was no apology for the wait. Which probably happens day in and day out now days for these guys it's just the norm. I purchased a used shotgun on 3/3/21. Now when we were looking at firearms and I was kind of was worried about purchasing a used gun. The gunsmith helping us explained all guns taken in on trade go through an "inspection". He even explained the gun I was purchasing just came in the same day on trade. So myself dealing with a "gunsmith" felt at ease about purchasing a used shotgun from a reputable business not like some guy off the street. I take it to the range Sunday and 3 shells in the entire upper receiver separates from the barrel. I look and the threads on the receiver are completely stripped. So I reach out to see my options you know from this reputable licensed business. I'm told that the "inspection" is a visual one and they don't put any live rounds through a gun taken on trade nor do they even disassemble the firearm. Pretty much if it looks like a gun your good. Now what stops someone from screwing up a gun(like the previous owner of my shotgun) and taking it to NFA for trade? I'm told that I took the saftey responsibility when I fired the firearm but what saftey responsibility does the shop have for customer saftey before putting up a used gun for sale? I understand the AS-IS stipulation but I was under the assumption and so was the price of the shotgun that it was in good condition externally and internally. if you purchase anything used or new you would expect it to be in working order unless stated by the business selling the item. I have heard about this place from a few people in LE and finally came out to that side of town after a buddy of mine told me about his experience there. I came in earlier today with a couple of options in mind. Joe helped my friend before and recognized him right away. He showed me the handguns I was interested in and answered all questions and gave some personal input on them as well. I decided on a Glock 17. The paperwork was done fairly quickly and he was able to multi task between me and the other customers that were starting to fill the place. I noticed all the staff members were attentive and quick to address everyone. I have been to several other places around town. It seems that the ones closer to the strip (that inevitably get more of the tourist crowd) are more interested in reaching volume than they are to dedicate personal attention to customers. Joe addressed me by name several times and remembered my friend's name as well. Small things like that impress me about businesses. These dudes totally know what their doing and all with smiles. I was encouraged to check this place out by my dad because of their good deals and expertise. I came here a few weeks back and the staff was not what I was expecting... so what was I expecting? Possibly some stiff necked sales dudes who don't care to sell a gun to a girly girl like myself, but I was dead wrong and in for a surprise. I came in with my hub and dad and I asked the sales guy to show me what he would suggest for someone shooting a gun for the first time and he pointed me to a variety of guns that would be ideal for me and he talked me through a lot of the details about the gun and ammo and gave me his point of view concerning self defense/shooting to kill etc... I have been to new frontier armory several timesand I have always had a good experience there the store is easy to find on Centennial Pkwy., North Las Vegas it also has a good customer service relationship with its customers if you have questions there are people behind the counters and walking around the store to assist you and they will ask you if you have any questions and not let you just sit there and stare I've also had the experience of ordering a gun online and having it delivered to new frontier armory and this was a smooth process I appreciated working with one sales person who took care of a number of different purchases some of which had to be retrieved from the back so I would recommend going to this gun shop and hope it stays around read more

Uppers for the AR9's are out of spec garbage, not to mention over priced. They must have machined a bunch out of spec uppers, wallowed out the takedown holes to make them fit, and instead of recycling the aluminum, sell them off to customers. The slop between the upper and lower is unacceptable. I know another guy who paid over 1500 for an MP5 style 9mm, and the thing is falling apart. Just junk read more

This has got to be one of the best gun stores in Las Vegas! After their recent expansion, this store is now huge compared to any other independent gun store I've been to around town. They have a wide variety of products from firearms and ammo to survival gear. They always have a great selection in stock. Their pricing is also really competitive and seemingly a lot more reasonable than other gun stores around town. I've purchased various firearm accessories and transferred a firearm ($25) here before. They also have a gunsmith on site if you need your gun worked on. I had them fix one of my rifles that wasn't accepting polymer mags correctly and it was about $30 which I believe is their minimum labor charge for a gunsmith job. During the buy panic earlier this year, I noticed they also did not raise their prices like most other places did. These guys support the firearms community, which is what we need more of, and not just another gun dealer/store. The only problem with coming here is that they usually have too many customers and you typically have to wait a while when seeking assistance from an employee. Came to look at firearms & to get a bill of sale we waited out side for 20 minutes due to COVID-19 an employee came out & asked us to wait a little longer due to our party size of 3 so we waited 8 more minutes a different SHORT BALD GINGER employee came out, asked us what we wanted to see, told us to wait & let another party of 3 who we were waiting in line that "wanted to look at the firearms" ?!!!??? When my boyfriend asked him why he had let them in before us even tho we were waiting outside IN THE SUN for longer.
