What a unique and fun experience. I didn't know there was a shooting range here in Vegas, and they have some pretty crazy guns in their arsenal. The experience is pricey, but it's definitely a fun time, especially if you get to try a gun you haven't shot before. I went with the GI Joe Package, which was about $200 for around 10 minutes of shooting. The staff was well trained and helped me load the guns while showing me where to place my hands. Would definitely recommend this experience.

Free stroll around the outdoor vehicle military museum. Free parking. There's and coffe shop, and a store of souvenirs and gifts -- surprisingly affordable!!! Items I feel you'd end up paying the same or more via Amazon. I assume they'll want visitors to either buy a drink or item from their store. There are gendered restrooms inside. Plenty of free parking. Found this place for coffee/caffeine but it was closed. Turn out to a great place to kill 30min, take an outdoor stroll around a showcase of equipment by nevada museum of armored research and perseverance. - No ammo is sold here. I didn't even know there's a gun range here too. - $2250 Pay to crush a car with a tank! 24hr noticed needed. We'll have to visit when the cafe is open.

This review is only for a tour of the facility & the tanks in the parking lot. We didn't do any shooting. There was no entry fee, i was able to walk around in the parking lot & took photos of military vehicles: Shermans, Abrams, Leopards, Chieftain, 150mm SPG, Soviet T62, PT 76 & BMP, etc... there was even a F16 there, how cool was that? Inside the store there were more displays: M2 50 cal, MG 42, Maxim, etc.. overall a great experience for history buff or tank enthusiast. Next time i will try the shooting range. Super fun. We did the SWAT EXPERIENCE PACKAGE and added the AK 47 as an extra and it was amazing! Our instructor Kyle was very attentive and professional. Would recommend this to anyone. My husband and I won't stop smiling yesterday when we were shooting! :)

We were in Vegas for a conference and my boss asked if we wanted to go shooting. Of course we did! There was 5 of us - 4 of us opted for the operator package & my co-worker went with the WWII package - he wanted to shoot the rifle his grandfather carried in the war Caz was our instructor. Most of us have shot weapons previously but this was the 1st time for one of my coworkers. We were picked up in a Humvee - fyi if you have mobility issues - the free Humvee pickup might not be awesome for you. I have a fake knee & I'm about to have surgery on my other knee & I needed a hand up. Getting down was easier. There's lots of vehicles & helicopters you can climb on to take pictures - all free We checked in - and when it was out turn we got to go have some fun. If you want to shoot big guns this is the place to go. My favorite weapons was the mini & the 50 caliber! Also - I don't recommend shorts - casings are hot and they will get ya sometimes. Is it expensive- yes - is it worth it - yes Will you have fun - I think yes again They will provide you with eye & ear protection. I'm not sure if you're allowed to bring your own but I don't know why not.

Absolutely great experience. Five man team went for bachelor party event. Indoor range experience, friendly and professional team at the range. Fully automatic weapons for the rest of my team was a first. Great instructor. Full outdoor lot of military vehicles for photos. Pro tip: you gotta try the .50 caliber!

We had an amazing time! Their officers are very kind and friendly. I started getting scared as soon as I heard the loudest gun (can't tell you what it is - not savy lol but the long one that has an automatic option) and asked if I could just skip that gun. The officer made me feel very comfortable and safe. It's honestly not as loud once you're the one holding the gun plus it's the easiest among the three that I've tried!I got a basic package since it's my first time, and the experience was worth all $145 I spent! Will definitely go back! *They were also very kind to drive us close to our next destination in one their military cars. The experience is incredible!!! Highly recommend!*

I've always wanted to try shooting a gun so last time we were in Vegas we decided to go to a gun range. This was a great experience for my first time!

Was in town for the weekend and wanted to go to a range and this one popped up first in my search! First and foremost, I LOVE that the owner of this range hires ex military veterans to run the range and pays them double the above min salary too! We need more people to invest in our veterans like this!! Their catalog of guns felt endless and I do agree some of their guns have seen better days but for the most part I love that I had a huge gamut of fire arms to choose from! Will definitely be back here for more!

We will be traveling from California soon, can we use your range?

They don't allow personal weapons or ammo. I am sure you can buy some of their packages. But if you're a shooter my guess is their packages are going to be on the high end cost wise. But if there's a gun you'd love to try I'm sure they can help…

Could we get a ride back in the humvee if we have not made a reservation prior?

    Yes that is available.

Hi!! Im thinking to surprise my husband and just go there after father's day and let him pick guns to shoot. Can i bring my 6y/o nephew to watch? Will you provide ear muffs for those who will just watch?

Hello, earmuffs are provided, however we do not let anyone under the age of 10 on the range, We do have rooms available to watch tv while you wait. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience, safety first.

Ia this by appointment / reservation only?

No appointment necessary, come on down. Thank you.

Can you bring your own ammo?

No sir, you can not bring any outside guns or ammo. We strictly rent our weapons under direct supervision. Thank you!

Is it real guns and real ammo or is this air soft?

Yes, they are real guns and ammo, not air soft.

Is this only a indoor range?

    Yes

Do you have to make a reservation or arr walk ins welcome?

Hello, walk ins are welcome. Thank you

May I take my 5 years daugher go there? Is there a can transfer? Would you like to tell more about service, like price

5 Years would be on the to young side. They have different packages to choose from. The range is from 250.00 to 500.00 depending on what you would like to shoot.

Is it optional to have an instructor with me?

No, all customers must have a range safety officer at all times.

Is ammo included in the pricing?

Yes, ammo, ear and eye protection and targets. The only thing not included is sales tax. Thank you.

Can I go buy the early bird in store but still request Humvee pick up? For two people to share the package, what's the extra cost for an additional magazine? Thank you

I believe the earliest the Humvee was available was 9 am when I went. Adding a magazine depends on the gun. They’re all different prices. I’m not sure about a package though but I know that if you just picked out individual guns, you have to “buy…

Can the Barrett .50 cal be fired indoors now? Is the Hecate II also available?

Yes, we fired the Barrett indoors along with the M2. No clue in the Hecate II

Can the child play? About 14 years old

Yes, as long as they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Thank you.

Do they have the FN Five Seven?

Yes we have the Five Seven, thank you.

Easy to get to from any strip casino. I signed up for the Pistol Shooting Package and it was a lot of fun and very educational. The guy that checked me in was not too welcoming, pleasant or helpful and gave me some concerns that things may not go right here. But my instructor Nate made up for that with a lot of knowledge, direction, and consideration. Glad that I met him--great guy! He is a competition shooter and knows all about handguns. He set up, explained and I fired a bunch of magazines from Glock 17, Suppressed Glock, HK, 1911, and Magnum 357. I also tested the Glock with and without the infrared scope. Most 9 mm and one 45 Cal. He rolled up and gave me my targets to take home and some bullet casings as a souvenir. I brought my own eye and ear protection that I like, but they will provide it free if you don't have it. You can bring someone to take pics of you shooting too. Sunday was not too busy so a good time to go. I signed up for the shooting package the day of using my phone--easy. I asked Nate if we could go outside on Las Vegas Blvd and do some real life target shooting but he said that the owner does not permit that. If you come during the day there was a little cafe to get food and drinks if you were planning on spending the day out there. The range is outdoors and the weather was perfect. I was looking at the handguns before my time up to shoot. The sales people were very polite and seemed genuine. There is a good selection of handguns and they seemed reasonably priced. When we were checking on at the counter the girls behind the counter were super polite and made the experience friendly and positive. The range crew was an entirely different story though. They ruined the entire experience. Based on some of the other reviews I can see a lot of other people have had similar experiences. I put my wife's gun in a lock box and I was carrying it for her. Mine was on my hip in a holster, open carry and very visible. Like every other time I've open carried. There were two range officers inside the range (you can see through the windows). One of them waived us to come inside. You have to go through two sets of doors. The first one takes you to a very small waiting area before heading into the actual range. One of the range officers (who looks 22 years old), opened the second set of doors and started to waived us through and as he is doing so commences to yell at us "hurry up, get inside". Once inside, the second range officer (older white haired gentleman) waived me over to one of the lanes. I walked over as instructed and placed my gun on the table pointed down range. He then says to load it and fire 6 shots down range. I told him it was already loaded. That's when he starts to yell "you don't ever walk into this range with your gun already loaded". I just nodded. After firing my 6 rounds, he moves the target and says to fire 12 more. I do as he asked. He then moves it again and tells me to fire 12 more. Once I was done, I removed the magazine and locked the slide back. When I did that the barrel pointed 1 inch to the left, still putting down range and away. He freaks out and screams "Point the gun down range". I responded "it is pointed down range". I put the gun down and he starts to chastise me some more. I just ignored him and moved back to the window to wait for my wife. She was up next. She was going to use my gun also. I already laid out enough magazines for her to use and left the gun, with the slide back to show our wasn't loaded. She fired her 30 rounds, and the guy was overly nice. As if he was all of a sudden her coach. When she was finished she locked the slide back as I've shown her. He cleared her and said ok you're done. The holster was on my hip. The slide was back and no magazine was in the gun. She started to walk back towards me to give me my gun, when the infant range officer grabbed her and started to push her back to the lane, screaming at her that you don't walk away from the lane without the gun in a locked box. When he put his hands on her I almost grabbed that dude. Don't put your hands on my wife! I yelled at him. When he saw how upset it made her and I he just mumbled under his breath. The range crew ruined this experience and we will never be back here. What a horrible way to treat people. They get 2 stars because the sales crew and the front counter staff were good. When your range crew treats people like trash because you're in "their world", then the rest of your business suffers. Being a range officer doesn't give you the power to be flat out disrespectful and never gives you permission to put your hands on people. After leaving we drove up the road to another shop and bought 10 boxes of rounds and a new Kimber 380.
