Craving greasy Chinese American dishes !!!!!! (Have had lots of Chinese dishes in Korea during the summer, but this is different when you are in the mood for something else). Ordered from this place for the first time, and sorry to make up my mind after the first order !!! Would not recommend the General Tso chicken at all ($9.95). Soooo hard. No, no, not crispy. Just hard to chew. Not worth the money. Beef Lo Mein ($8.25) is just what you would expect. The usual. Pan fried wonton w/ garlic sauce ($5.50). Craved something greasy with spiciness. Well, not so satisfied since the wonton dough was just too much. Good to have tried a new (not newly opened) takeout place. Will definitely go back to our usual one - Jade House. read more

I moved to Edgewater 5 years ago I started ordering from this restaurant 2 years ago. The delivery is always late. It's between an hour and 20 minutes. Always one time last week I waited an hour and 53 minutes for my order. By the time it got to me, i'm eating the rice and there was a hair in it. I immediately took a picture of it called The restaurant And I got the answering service when you order. You're not calling the restaurant _ood_. You're calling the answering service. I explained to this woman who really didn't understand too much English. What happened? She said a manager would call me back.Manager never called me back. I spoke to other people in my building that has ordered from them in the past. One woman said the there was dead.Ants in the brown bag where the food was, she stopped ordering immediately. I never give a bad review. The manager and the owner of this establishment deserves this.And I will definitely be calling the board of health on monday morning. read more

Best Chinese I've had in a long time! Definitely my go-to and they're so fast with delivery!

This place is disgusting. We ordered general tso chicken, boneless spareribs, wonton soup and it came with 2 egg rolls. The main food was chewy and dry. The egg drop soup tasted like dishwater. I spit out the wonton. The egg rolls tasted like freezer burn. Called up to let them know how terrible it was and they said they sold a lot of general tso to no complaints. So there you go. DON'T.... Just Don't. You'll be sorry if you order from here. Had pork fried rice and it was pathetic. I know that you use older rice to make fried rice but the rice was really old as it was still hard even after frying. It also absorbed so much oil and the oil they used was OLD. This place used to be really good but it looks like they're becoming careless with the quality of their food. I ordered some shrimp lomein which only had two shrimps, sesame chicken which was decent, and hot and sour soup once again decent; and 2 shrimp egg rolls which were horrible. Literally soaked with oil! Like I took a bite of soggy, oily, stale egg rolls. So disappointed because they used to make their food really fresh and delicious. read more

The price is pretty normal for a chinese take out spot. I'd say I had better; this place seems a bit greasier than other spots. The sweet and sour chicken was a downfall; the chicken size was popcorn chicken size, which made the food seemed extremely fried. As contradicting as this sounds - I do like the healthy menu, which is basically the stir fried food with the sauce on the side. The healthy menu lets me pretty much determine how much grease I want in the food, hah. read more

Let me start ny saying that I am giving this place four stars in the world of chinese fast food only. What does this mean, you ask? Read on.. They are fast, efficient and our order is almost always correct. They food is never soaked in grease, and the food is never spilt or messy when they deliver it. Most importantly, I have never gotten sick from their food, and they have never over charged us. Yes, I understand this doesn't give them much credit but, in the world of chinese take out? They are better than any other place I've had in the Bergen/Fairview/etc area. Chinese fast food is chinese fast food: Soy sauce, msg and reused oil. I find it's s plus when you don't get sick from it. They also make anything spicy at our request, so that's cool. I rarely ever eat chinese fast food, but if I had to (work, etc) this place isn't so bad. read more

I recently turned vegan and have been ordering my favorite dishes with tofu instead or chicken and Wow the best Tofu and broccoli and sesame tofu ever I have to stop myself ... We were going to pick up at cake at millers next door and decided to stop by here for food before going to pick it up. Food was great and well cooked. The buffalo wings were not breaded and spot on! What happened to this place??? When I first moved into town, the food was great. and was consistant.... that is NOT the case anymore... A few weeks ago we ordered from here and my boyfriend became VERY sick, almost instantly after eating. A sick that lasted over a day. EEK! We ordered again a few days ago, this time ordering Shrimp and Chicken... Our order arrived and about half way though, my boyfriend discovered a long skinny piece of wire metal sitting mixed in with his food.... ummm, NO. This was no little piece either, it was BIG.... We took the piece back up to the restaurant, to which the lady behind the counter replied, "So, what? You want something for free?' ummm... no, i want you to be more f*^King careful as to what you put in your food!! I mean, really... I won't be returning here. There's so many other places around in this area who's quality is actually worth a damn. read more

Fantastic service so far. I haven't gone there in person but I always order out. I usually order chicken with broccoli or the general tso chicken. Then with a bit of side orders. First, if you aren't on top of them regarding the final total, they'll make up their own. As much as $.20 above the legit total including tax. Second, as someone who has given them A LOT OF BUSINESS, when asked for some extras like duck sauce or noodles, they told me it would cost $.50 per packet. Tonight was the last straw. Quick and easy (and cheap) Chinese food. I only ever get the Broccoli with Garlic Sauce and the Vegetable Dumplings (steamed), but I have yet to be disappointed. The delivery is incredibly quick. Perfect when I'm exhausted and hungry after a long day at work. Oh, and as a plus I never have to repeat my order or credit card number. They always get it right the first time! (edited to add) I've now also tried the General Tso's Tofu. It has quickly become my new favorite. It's really delicious. The only down side is sometimes it's not as crispy as other times.
