Second, I did ZERO research or familiarization w/ the system we were learning. Yeah for preparation! ASM provides various software and programs in support of the Army. Basically the Army tells ASM what they think they want and ASM comes back w/ what they think the Army needs. No telling how big their contracts are - - but their training and professionalism was spot on. The building is beautiful, immaculate and set up to facilitate training. Our instructor, Susan, was a natural teacher. She was laid back and just went w/ the flow of the experience in the group. I am thankful I got to attend this training! Thankful that some contractors (actually there are many) truly do an outstanding job in support of the Army and DoD.

He is very good at keeping the class engaged with his stories and hands on exercises. For those who fidget in class and get antsy, don't worry; Dr. McConnell has all kinds of gadgets on the table for you to mess with! The staff at Excella were nice and welcoming. We had access to their coffee machines and they also validated our tickets for the parking garage. Breakfast and lunch were included with this class, and the food selections were decent. I quickly responded to their email to make sure they understood. I had only returned at 10 hours a week (formerly full-time 40 hours) and wasn't sure I'd be able to work much longer.
