I addressed this with the two drivers who were very nonchalant. The truck was on the same side of my yard which recently had $2,000 worth of plumbing repair less than 2 months ago. I spoke with one on the men regarding the damage. He acknowledged and claimed ownership of the damages; however he did not provide me with his name nor any contact information. The truck became stuck in my yard during the pick up. After, the truck was able to gain traction, the drivers fled the scene. A police report has been filed for documentation purposes. I trust that this matter will be handled professionally and in a timely manner. I am following up with you regarding damages to my property. Thus far, there have been no responses to my recent emails nor texts from you regarding trespassing on my property and the damages to my property. I asked them to also check out my car to see if any additional items needed attention, while they completed the tune up. They could have easily "created" reasons to try and up-sale unneeded things, because my car has 318K miles on it- but they didn't. They were very straightforward and honest. Trey was my service tech and he explained what would be inspected during the tune up, contacted me when it was ready for pick up. About a week after I picked my car up, the company reached out again to make sure everything was working correctly. This company's communication is spot on! Other places I have used promise to call, but never do. This place is great! I originally brought my car in a few years ago because I was leaking radiator fluid and my previous shop could not locate the cause of the leak. Douglas County Autocare found the cause immediately and fixed it. They have my business for all my vehicles!
