Three Way Campers - 5 Stars We have had an excellent…read moreexperience with Three Way Campers, from purchasing our 2026 Keystone Alpine to bringing it back recently for service. Hank, our salesman, was great from the very beginning. He handled essentially our entire transaction over the phone and through email, answered all of our questions, and made purchasing our fifth wheel incredibly easy. Cody in finance worked hard for us as well. He took the time to find financing and a rate that worked for our family, and we really appreciated the effort he put into getting everything where we needed it. Preston handled our walkthrough when we picked up the Alpine, and he did an amazing job. He went through the camper with us, explained everything, answered our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable before leaving. Preston especially deserves a raise. He made a great impression on us. We have also had an excellent experience with the parts department. Everyone we have dealt with has been helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to help us find what we need. Recently, we brought our Alpine back to Three Way Campers for some service work, and we were treated like family. We shared stories about our recent adventures and told them that our Alpine will even be featured in an upcoming commercial for OWA in Foley, Alabama. We will even be wearing our Three Way Campers hat and proudly representing the dealership where this adventure started. What matters to us is how a dealership treats you after the sale, and Three Way Campers has continued to take care of us. From Hank, to Cody, to Preston, the parts department, and the service team, we have had a great experience. Five stars from our family. We would absolutely recommend Three Way Campers.

ok lets be real about super deals. I'm only giving 4 stars because Rick is a nice guy and honest…read more mike was my salesman and if you think car salesmen stretch the truth you have never met a used rv salesman. I took a 2 hour trip to super deals for a motor home listed below market value. talked to mike and asked several questions, as to not wast a 2 hour trip looking at a rag POS..... motorhome. but the trip was wasted on that motorhome. pics were not honest and condition was not as promised, batteries were dead, gen set would not crank. just a ugly pig of a motorhome, not close to what I was told about it. ok so after that experience I saw a motorhome that was just being checked in for sale, not yet placed on the internet. it was dirty but very solid and the price was right. I made an offer and placed my down payment of $100.00. gen set needed repairs and they took care of it. I did check reviews after I got home that day and was shocked at all the negative reviews. some people did not get their title and their support after the sale was absent. I was very nervous about moveing forward and talked to Rick in finance, he was very honest about their bad previous management. I made the deal because I trusted Rick and everything went fine, I have my title and I'm happy with the purchase from super deals. Ok not to sell Mike down the river, he is a very nice guy and was involved in getting the motorhome prepped for me. I know he is just selling motorhomes and campers. if I were not misled to coming down I would have missed the motorhome I have. my advice to anyone going to super deals is to know what you are buying, don't trust any salesman ever at a used motorhome dealership. Good Luck................

We worked with Gloria during the buying process and Candice afterwards. The buying process was pretty straight forward. Gloria was nice and if she didn't know the answer to a question, she asked for us. Chris gave us a super quick run down of how things in the camper work. I will note, we are first time camper owners and had a lot of questions. Chris just told us to Google any questions we had. We paid the extra $800 demo fee for the "tour/tutorial," sewer hose, adapters, etc. Our camper did not come with a pin for the hitch. Chris said we didn't need one. (We later found out this is very important.) They also didn't have the proper hose so we had to go back later the next week to pick a proper one up. The main problem we had was the timeliness of them submitting the paperwork for our tags to the tag office. We were not given temporary tags, which seemed a little weird. We had to call and text multiple times only to be given the run around. Finally after 54 days, from the day that we bought the camper, they turned in the paperwork to the tag office and I was able to pick up the tags the next day. I wish I would have read reviews on the different platforms before we purchased through them. However, we got caught up in the excitement of getting a new camper. They do not seem to have a good track record and I would not go through them again. I did report them to the BBB and I plan to leave reviews on multiple platforms.

They showed me several RVs and literally every single one of them was leaking water, I guess coherence on why they didn't want nobody at their shop that day. When I was there pointing out the water leaks the guy was pressuring me to buy and telling me that if I gave them until Monday or Tuesday they would have the leaks fixed. Major question is why aren't these RVs already leak tested and approved for proper-honest sale. If you do purchase from these morons remember the moment you drive off the lot all the issues are yours and at your expense. My father had bought one from them several years ago and had the same leaking water issues, it cost him thousands in repairs so far. He warned me about dealing with RVs on Facebook because of these crooks. They buy salvaged RVs and then sell them without fixing them up. I highly recommend against these RV sales locations.... 1 Star Absolutely…read moreunacceptable customer service. Before driving 30 minutes to Open Roads USA, I called ahead specifically to discuss the units I wanted to see. The sales manager assured me, "Oh yeah, the units you requested are right out front." I even asked him to please let Art, the salesperson he assigned me to, know that I was on my way. I arrived--and Art had absolutely no idea I was coming. Then I learned the units I had specifically called about apparently weren't available for me to see after all. When I confronted the sales manager, his response was essentially, "Oh, my bad. I tried to text you to let you know." Interesting, because I never received a single text. I did exactly what a serious buyer should do: researched their inventory, identified the units I was interested in, called ahead, confirmed they were there, told them I was making the drive, and even asked that the salesperson be notified. They failed at every step after that. What bothered me most wasn't simply that the units weren't available--it was the arrogant, dismissive attitude and complete lack of respect for a customer's time. I was there prepared to purchase an RV. Instead, they wasted an hour of my day between the drive there and back because apparently confirming inventory and communicating with their own salesperson was too much to ask. If you're considering making a special trip to Open Roads USA, I strongly recommend confirming everything yourself before you waste the drive. My experience gave me absolutely no confidence that they value a serious buyer's time or business. Needless to say, I'll spend my money somewhere else. You should also!

Weekend Warrior Dreams at Woodstock Camper World…read more We stopped by Woodstock Camper World just to window shop and get a feel for what might work for our family--two adults, one kid, and a couple of adventure-loving dogs. Our goal? Find something that lets us escape the daily grind for weekend getaways. The sales staff was refreshingly friendly and low-pressure. They didn't hover or push us toward a sale, but were always nearby to answer questions--especially around pricing and layout options. That made the whole experience feel relaxed and informative, which is a nice change from the YouTube rabbit hole we'd been in. We explored Class A through Class C motorhomes. Class C felt like the sweet spot for us: enough space to stretch out without feeling like we were driving a bus. Most Class B layouts were just too cramped for our crew. We also peeked at some fifth wheels, but ultimately ruled them out--they didn't quite fit our weekend warrior vibe. Overall, it was a great visit. No pressure, just helpful insights and a chance to see things in person. If you're in the early stages of RV dreaming like we are, Woodstock Camper World is a solid place to start.
