Eight weeks later, after countless excuses and no completed work, I finally decided enough was enough and went to retrieve my wheels. Looking back, I should have paid attention to the 3.4-star rating and the numerous negative reviews. Every time I called to ask about the status, there was a new excuse. The final explanation was that the humidity was causing delays. A professional powder coating shop should have the proper equipment and environmental controls to account for humidity. Hearing that only reinforced my impression that this shop lacks the competence and quality standards expected of a professional business. To make matters worse, the work they did complete was unacceptable. I now have to take my wheels to a reputable powder coating shop to have them redone correctly, meaning I paid this shop for work that ultimately has to be fixed. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and wasted money. Take the negative reviews seriously and go somewhere else. I'd honestly trust a reputable shop out of state before trusting this one again. If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, avoid this shop altogether

It was a very fast and proffessional service. *** My review is about the customer service of auto tek and NOT about their products. Back in March (2016) I brought my car in to get it tinted. Total 5 windows tinted. Goes as planned and they finished in about 3.5 hours, excellent. 2 days later the back tint starts to roll. I go back to the shop and have them fix the problem. While fixing the problem, they noticed a defect on the left tint and decide to re do it. A week later and I notice small particles trapped under the tinting of the side tint and also some air pockets from the back tint. I bring it BACK to the shop but they said I need to set up an appointment almost a month later to get it fixed. During the examination of the defects one of the guys said he'd rather not have to redo the back window.. And rather leave the particles trapped between the tinting. (They eventually redid them both.) I left with my appointment scheduled and I went back in May. They finished in about 2 hours but the amount of scratches on my rear brake lights is unbearable. to this day I have not returned to get it fixed. But there are still some tiny bubbles on the back window.

SirusXM doesn't work unless you buy an adapter and I wasn't told this until after the fact. Knobs are now hard to turn and sticky. I asked to be fixed and they informed me they will loosen up over time. Overall good clean install and a big upgrade to my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I would use Monster Customs again. The Dodge dealer in Newnan (GA) recommended Southside L&A. They lost my headlight intake tube, which they later did provide the tube and I got it installed at a body shop. But the headlight installation was poor. The lights are not aligned well and their output is very low. After losing the intake tube and the installation work not being the best (and their comments that it was very difficult, which I'm sure it was), I decided not to go back. I will just have another shop hopefully fix it and eat the $200 I spent at Southside. The staff is very nice. I just don't think that they should work on cars if they're not used to it. They should stick to what they look like they do - trucks. I just wish I knew a good shop that could fix it right!
