Ami came over within the same week, listened carefully to what we wanted, he gave us great design alternatives to our original plan and did the very best to make it a reality. The crews were fantastic, highly skilled, and diligent as well. They were present 5 days a week, some of the days until late in the day and always brought up questions so we can make a decision on the items we werent sure in the design process. The entire project didn't go over the budget although we face some field conditions that made us do some design and material change. We love our amazing new larger home and backyard. Before he did this I was able to reverse image search and discovered he had taken pictures other contractors work and claimed it as his own. He also created fake 5 Star reviews by taking random people's images from the internet. I have already informed the victims. Ami continues to ignore communications from BBB, CSLB, and my attorney. I continue to get visits from unpaid contractors. Life is miserable. I haver recently discovered that Ami is not the owner of BH Remodeling. I highly recommend anyone out there look his license up. He was straight-forward and to the point and most of all, a great communicator. He was friendly and made us feel very comfortable. He always made sure we were updated each day about what workers were coming and where we were in terms on progress. The city caused us some delays in attaining the city permit but Pete and this company helped us get through it. When we initially got estimates from other companies, we emphasized we wanted a city permit because we are tearing down a wall. The other companies gave us low-ball estimates because they felt a city permit wasn't necessary. Pete understood and worked with us and we got it. His final cost matched his estimate almost to the penny. We requested a few change orders and he was very accommodating. The workers were hard-working and made every attempt to not disturb us while we were in other parts of the house. I think it's important to note that Pete knew we had a budget for this job and made sure he stuck with his original estimate. We are retired folks so keeping to the budget means a lot. I think Pete knew this and made sure to make this happen. Thank you so much for the great job. We are very happy with our new kitchen and dining room. We chose to redo our home, a project at a time…read more( I witnessed too many friends who did the whole remodel in "one shot" which lasted 10-18 months of total house chaos & almost ended some marriages). They re-did our 2 bathrooms (from the 70's!) updated our master bedroom, tore out our whole house carpeting and laid beautiful composite flooring. They updated our family room, and modernized our red brick fireplace with beautiful large tiles and then painted the entire interior of the house. LOVE LOVE Mr Pete the project manager !!!! He is amazing. He guided us on what would work and not work and why. He never pushes you one way or another, just gives his advice if asked. I did SO MUCH research before I hired them so I felt really good going with these guys. A huge plus is they use specific guys for specific jobs. They have painters, plumbers, electricians etc. Believe it or not that is really important! Mr Pete is great at communicating and you can text him anytime he doesn't mind. I have referred many friends to them with ALL of my friends being very pleased with their service. One bit of advice, go into your remodel project with a realistic price range, its not cheap so you need to go into it knowing " GOOD WORK IS NOT CHEAP & CHEAP WORK IS USUALLY NOT GOOD ".

We hired Naser and the team at Accord Design to entirely remodel our 1950's era (all original - not…read morethe good kind of original) house. I highly recommend Naser and his team. They did high quality work that was on time, on budget and at a fair cost. Working within the existing footprint of the house, we gutted, reconfigured, took down a couple of walls and updated the kitchen, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms. We put in all new all new flooring, all new windows (adding some windows) and french doors. We added closet space, expanded both bathrooms, and put in all new ceiling lighting throughout the house. We also painted and textured all the interior walls, painted and re-stuccoed the exterior, added a laundry room, and added electrical outlets. I'm probably forgetting something else we did too. All that to say, this was no easy job. In an old 1950's house, who knows what you will find behind the walls. You have to be ready to make decisions and trust your contractor to guide you. Naser and his team worked diligently on our house remodel, they were on time and worked hard to keep to schedule. When changes were made or we decided to do something differently, we felt Naser was always fair. WOW did I get lucky finding Miguel and his crew. I wasn't 100% sold with all of the other people I…read moremet with. in fact I was almost about to give up, but as soon as I met Miguel, I knew this was my guy to remodel my kitchen. He explained everything and made sure I really liked the ideas he had for me. Everyone else made me feel like it was an upsell, but with Miguel, he assured me that it wouldn't cost much for the small upgrades, and it would make my kitchen look much nicer. He was absolutely right, and I couldn't be happier with my beautiful new kitchen. The project took a little over 2 weeks to do, and that was only because of the pouring rain. Miguels crew worked very hard to get my kitchen done ASAP. I originally had marble counters, but I now have quartz which I love. Miguel sent me to a great place that had so many different options to choose from. I put new backsplash and beautiful new white shaker cabinets with lighting underneath. Miguel put on all of my handles to the cabinets himself the last night, making sure they were on just right and where I wanted them. He and his son didn't finish until 10 pm on a Friday night, just so I could have everything completely done like he promised me. Not only was pricing fair but the hard work and great guys that work for Miguel made the entire experience that much better. Everyone was nice, professional and worked very hard.
