Our shower head was really stuck and I used literally everything to try and unscrew it: white vinegar, CLR remover, WD-40, and everything else that Google told us to. It also might be because I'm fairly weak so we definitely needed some professional help. I called about 3 other handymen to see if they could get the job done, but they either didn't do shower head removals or were giving me OUTRAGEOUS PRICES. Amazing!! Our security door broke and had been banging around in the wind (the door had always been "off" since we moved in last year. I reached out to Dario and his dad, Dario Sr. came out to check the door out the next day. He and Sammy did an incredible job! The door actually works better now than it ever did, and they even patched some damage to the stucco caused when the door fell. Extremely reasonable prices, too! GC was great! Very competitive price, very fast response and service date, high quality job. I was looking for a one-time house cleaning. Not a deep clean but hit all the main areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, baseboards, etc). Dario, the owner, came out the next day to give me an in person quote which was very competitive to what I'd been quoted. About 25% lower than some of the quotes I'd received online. The very next day he was able to have a small crew at the house. They showed up at the appt time and they were done about the time Dario had mentioned the day before. I set up two appointments with this company. The first time, they cancelled on me THE DAY OF because someone on their staff got sick. This is a family owned business, and I was understanding, being that a lot of people have been affected by sickness lately. We've all had issues, directly or someone that we know will world events. I had an event that I was counting on that cleaning for, and could jot find another cleaner on short notice, but decided to give HC the benefit of the doubt, because, hey, things happen... Two weeks later, I decided to give GC quality another chance, and reached out to Dario to schedule another appointment a week and a half in advance. They confirmed the date, time, and a few days later, the address. I took the appointment day off work to be available. this time I had family coming from out of town, and needed the house cleaned for their arrival. The day of 15 minutes before, and 20 minutes after the scheduled time I reached out to Dario to confirm arrival time... he called me 34 minutes after the appointment time to say "I really have no excuse... I dropped the ball." THIS IS THE SECOND TIME the appointment was not held, and this time I didn't even get a call. I had to call them to find out the appointment fell through! I told him then that I would understandably NOT be engaging him for services again. You give people the benefit of the doubt, so the first time I would have forgiven if the second time had not followed. But two times in a row is NOT very professional at all. Their deep cleaning service is phenomenal!! We are preparing to list our house and wanted to make sure it's shining, and it is! We had no idea how touched all the doors and walls were! There were doors we were preparing to paint but after they cleaned them they look freshly painted, and our shower, I was sure it done for, a lost cause, I had very low expectations for what anyone could do for that, but they made it look almost new!!!!! I wish I had taken before and after pictures, because it blew our minds how clean they got it!!They truly went above and beyond! I haven't used a cleaning service before, but I decided to this time since we were moving into a new apartment and covid is still a big concern. Dario was awesome and very easy to communicate with. I was able to message him through Yelp and he always replied promptly. The price is very reasonable (I did get a few quotes from other cleaning services). Dario was also very accommodating and was able to get schedule me for my requested date and time. The ladies arrived on time and took about 3 hours (roughly 1,100 sq ft). They had me do a walk around before they left to ensure I was happy with everything. It was spotless and smelled very clean. I definitely feel a lot more comfortable moving in with my family. I run a day daycare my Staff is very on top of keeping our school clean, but you never know what you might have missed. We had GC come out to disinfect and sanitiz our school not only did they do the inside of our school that also did our play structures.
