First of all waited 30 mins even though I had an appointment, and all paperwork filled out online. Just to get X-rays taken which took another 20 mins. X-Ray tech was super nice too, Then waited for the doctor for another 30 mins and once I told them I had to leave for work. They got him and He came over quickly. Would have loved to deal with him as he was super patient and explained everything well, even the girl who first day was super helpful and nice, but whoever the miserable front desk lady is, I don't know what was up with her. When doctor said she will go over the cost with you she came over and sounded super frustrated as soon as I questioned the first thing, then rudely said let me go get the doctor. Then sent the first day girl to explain who did a better job than her. When leaving she kept trying to be a smart ass with me but I am not one to take attitude and not give it right back. Ruined the whole experience for me. Wish I had read the reviews because two reviews down perfectly explains what I dealt with also. read more

I won't lie, Dr. Truong is one of the most state of art Dentists in this area and seemed like one of the friendliest for over a decade, you will be treated like gold in his office as long as you have it to spend on anything not covered by your insurance, but once you don't any longer, my how things will change. I thought I was gonna get a regular cleaning & found out I needed a deep cleaning & I needed to have an implant looked at before she could proceed. I'm glad she recommended a specialist. This was my first time visiting this Dentist Clinic. Came in for my regular cleaning. This office is located in a busy plaza, close to the Tesla Supercharger station. When I first walked it, the waiting area was clean and organized. The girls by the front desk were friendly and courteous; greeted me with a smile. I went in for my cleaning, and I'm so glad the Hygienist was able to point out the areas that needed more attention, and also where I needed additional care. She was able to take her time to clean every part of my teeth. I didn't feel pain at all, and on top of it all, I was able to watch tv while getting my teeth cleaned. Overall, experience was excellent. I'll definitely recommend this clinic. This was by far one of the best dental experiences I have had. I have an uncommon dental insurance and usually no one knows how to handle it nor wants to. Well my experience here was the opposite! I have been coming to this office for over 3 years now. The dentist is great, and very in tune with what I needed. My husband also likes the dentist, as he only needs 1 shot instead of 5 from our past dentist. The hygienist was great. She asked if I was doing ok, in any pain, just very personable. The front office is great too. I will continue to come here as long as possible. However, during my last visit, one of the assistances had an argument with the dentist in front of all the clients in the office. She was very disrespectful to him and made me feel very uncomfortable. She kept yelling at him and finally, I think they went into an office. When they came out the dentist told her this is my office and told her to get out. I hope next time I go in she is not there. If one of my staff talked to me like that I would not put up with in and they would be gone. The dentist office is a place people do not want to visit anyway but when you must deal with and hear about this event you get a real bad feeling. I recently visited this dental office and I have to say that I was not impressed and more so disappointed. It all started with my first session which took over 4 hours. I've been to several dentists and never had an appointment this long...even for something such as a deep cleaning or removing a molar. Nonetheless I had my appt and they suggested getting a mouthguard. I went along but after 3 wks since I hadn't heard anything I called to see if it had come in and the person who answered stated that it took at least 2 wks and they would call me. Another week or so passed and no call nada! I called again and this time they looked for the mouthguard and couldn't find it and said that the person who took care of that was not in and she would call me back. They called me but I wasn't able to answer so they left a message stating they called but not necessarily that it was ready. I called back and once again the person who "takes care of mouthguards" was not there. I don't work in a dental office but how hard is it to keep track of these things?!?!? Seriously. Now they say I might have to redo the imprint! I'm not doing all that! Another 4 hour appt!!! No thanks!!!! Give me my money back and I'll find another dentist. I can't stick with people that are this disorganized!!!!!! Fyi!!! Think twice bout coming to this establishment. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! Thought it was a good office with good reviews BUT... First time here and when I walked in was not greeted by the front lady. My appointment was on a Saturday and they were mopping like what ? When the doctor came in he brought food for them which is so sweet but not in front of patients very unsanitary go in the break room and eat. So I know I needed a root canal done but I was pregnant so obviously couldn't. I waited two hours all to tell me that wanted to do 7,000 dollars worth of work and went on finance like what? They just want money. Then my husband went and they denied a regular cleaning because they wanted to do a deep cleaning like what? I'm sorry but don't go here don't waste your time. I went back to my other doctor and they even said one thing at a time root canal is the most important and helped with what to use and recommend brushing more and my root canal and crown together was less than 1,000 and was in and out. Also was referred to endodonist who specializes in just root canals not by one doctor. My husband and I came here out of convenience well that was a slap! Save yourself don't come here. read more

I went three (3) times and they miss managed my appointment, it was for a cleaning, as simple as that, 3 times later, I still have not got the services rendered, and it has already been paid (through insurance ) that brings me to the next point, since I am an insurance patient , they only get a certain amount, I have experience that if you are a cash payment they see you first, My appointment was at 11 and if I get there at 10;55, (because being in the military 25 years, you are trained to be there 5 minutes early) and sit around until 11:20 and I was still not seen, so I went to the receptionist and was asking a question about being seen, and then patient "Zack" who said he needed to make a cash payment, all of sudden, I get bumped to the bottom again and she rudely told me buy, hence they ALREADY got my $, long story short, there loyalty is to the money, versus taking care off ALL the patients. I would also like to bring up I saw the dentist and physically flagged him down, and showed him the device that he asked to see, (a mouth insert for sleep apnea) and he, ( at my initial visit )and it was more of a cliche' to bring it in and look at it, in his mind if he is not selling you one, I don't believe he cares. Listen loosing me or my wife is not going to hurt there business, I just want to give some heads up. The business in my book should be called "fake smile" because they give you that fake smile happiness, until they get your business. In regards to filling out the redundant paperwork, medical charts are all over the place, and visible for "any one to see" I believe the charts should be kept safe and secure, away from other patients, just my thoughts and suggestion, hey if you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem.
