I wanted only two colors in my hair blonde and black, ended up leaving with 3 different shades of blonde, brown and black. Then the list continues came in with raccoon tails looking to get them touched up just for her to not even touch them leaving them a different shade of blonde than the rest of my hair not to mention she didn't use black to touch up them either. I was left with scalp burns all over my head and right in the front where my bangs cover And you think I'm done oh I'm not she puts a cape on me just to still spill bleach all over my sweater and shirt. Which you guessed it turned that ugly orange color. Still despite all these facts I was willing to overlook them and offered her the idea of a discounted service next time willing to give her a second chance just to be followed with the fact she's not comfortable doing the service I wanted. I'm just upset she didn't offer any other solution just excepts me to just walk away all high a dry. Just the way that this was handled. She could've handled it a lot better. I'm the client.
