I have a 2013 Mercedes Benz S350. The front two rims had a moderate case of curb rash. I found New Image Wheels on Yelp. Because of their favorable rating, I decided to give them a call. I set up an appointment for Friday, 11 Nov 2016 at 12 noon. Gilbert & his partner Alfredo showed up at my residence promptly at 12 noon. They immediately started work on the car. New Image keeps their tools in a pick up; therefore, they can go to the customer to complete the work. New Image does a lot of work for car dealerships in the Austin area. The work was completed in approximately 30 minutes. The rims (they were part of the AMG sport package) were returned to a like new condition. If you have curb rash or a bent rim, give Gilbert a call. Called this place last week about repairing a rim. Talked to him and said to email him with a picture of damage. Price to fix it was cheaper than the dealership. Emailed him last week about setting up a time, but no response as of today. Everyone else in Austin has to send the wheel off. I'd rather just have someone mobile fix it on the spot, but if I don't get a response in another day, will just take my car to the dealership to have it fixed. read more

I had some curb rash on my WRX that I needed a quick turn around on so I can sell the car. I was given Gilbert's name by Hub Cap Annie. His mobile service is so convenient, especially since I have a 23 month old who gets squirmy in waiting rooms, etc. The repair is perfect. I recently had my car washed and waxed at a local car wash. When I got home, I discovered that all 4 rims on my Infiniti G35 had black streaks on them that could not be removed. I took it back to the car wash and they called Gilbert @ New Image Wheels to fix the problem at their expense.
