Unfortunately, they weren't ready to sell despite my longing to buy. I'm told that patience is a virtue and all good things come to those who wait, and no exception was to be granted to me today. My list is long and my patience is short but I'll survive as I have survived all this time sans my favorite goods being a proverbial stone-throw away. About 48 hours later, when I cut it open, it was completely bruised, black, and rotten inside. There was no way to know it was defective at the time of purchase. When I returned with the receipt, the store refused to refund my money because of its 24-hour return policy. I asked to speak with the manager, waited about 15 minutes, and watched him walk right past me without acknowledging me or addressing my concern. That level of customer service is unacceptable. This experience, along with my concerns about the cleanliness and handling of produce, meat, and seafood, has left me with little confidence in this store. I believe the City of West Palm Beach and the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services should inspect this business for food safety and sanitation. Buyer beware. There are plenty of other grocery stores that value their customers. I won't be returning.

Staff member inside greeted me and asked if I need any help just ask ! Inside very clean ! One wall had some traditional African Clothes for sale! All beautiful to look at! I browsed around and described so many food products from Africa ! Fufu, Egusi,Ogbono , crayfish, poison, pepper soup and so many other items you have to check it out ! They also have a chef who cooks African food , Caribbean and take out ! So you can either find ingredients to cook African , Caribbean and other unique foods at home or you can buy what they have premade that chef made that day !
