This is such a beautiful Market. I do not keep kosher, but it's always a pleasure to come into this immaculate friendly, beautiful market. There were lots of complementary samples and everything was delicious. The olive Pickle bar and hallavah counter are exceptional.

    Pitiful seder plate!

I ordered a seder plate at this store. The cost was $40. I got the flimsiest piece of plastic and a tiny portion or each thing on the plate. The cost couldn't have been more than $1.40 for the whole thing! What a chutzpah! I feel like a fool who was robbed. I have tried to support this store since they opened and have been critical of people who drive to Boca to buy kosher food. I have to rethink that strategy. Passover is stressful enough without taking advantage of your customers. I will try to post a photo so you can decide for yourselves whether this was worth $40. A Very Disappointed Former Customer

This is a large, clean supermarket with a lot to offer. After a recent story in the Sun-Sentinel, I learned that they have a falafel stand inside - Falafelim. Turns out they also have a Bagel Boss, great looking pizza, and sushi too. You can get the food packed to go or head to their dining area. Note: the dining area is divided into seats where you can either eat meat or dairy. As falafel is neither (it's parve), you can sit on either side. Of course, I ordered the falafel sandwich and a platter, both with everything. The sandwich was one of the best falafel sandwiches I've had in the U.S. It was better than the platter because you can try and get all the flavors in your mouth at once, but it is definitely easier to eat the platter. Their schug (hot sauce) is outstanding. Note: if eating in, you pay at an electronic kiosk by credit card only or pay at the cashiers on your way out. Whether or not you are kosher, I recommend checking out their very large kosher wine selection and their selection of halva.

Coming in May meant drastically less of a wait than in the Winter months which was nice. We were seated in a booth and immediately brought out complimentary marble cake for the table. We ordered our drinks (a hot tea for me and a hot coffee for my husband) which were included with our breakfast specials. I got a bowl of oatmeal (brought out as more of an appetizer) as well as the brown sugar, raisin, and cinnamon fixings. Just as I finished that, my two eggs over medium with wheat toast as well as my husband's scrambled eggs and home fries with rye toast arrived. I highly suggest signing up for their rewards program. We got 10% off our bills all month long! You may see some reviews complaining about the seniors that are the majority of the clientele at all times. If you ask me, that's the sign of a good NY style deli and you just need to find amusement in it. Everyone's there for the good food, unbeatable prices for what you get, and classic deli vibes.

A nice size, comfortable restaurant with a cool comfortable ambiance. We walked in and were immediately seated. Moments later our server came to the table and took a drink order. Pretty simple... coffee and two waters. When she returned with our drinks we gave her our lunch order. 1/2 Pastrami sandwich on rye with mushroom barley soup and two 1/2 sandwiches with chicken matzoh ball soup. Shortly after ordering, our soups came out. I reminded her that we only ordered 'cups' of soup (see picture). She explained "That's our cup." She later showed me their bowl. Large, really large... definitely a meal by itself. The Pastrami sandwiches then showed up with their respective sides... cole slaw, pickled cucumbers and fries. (I had the fires and they were perfect.) Many people know that doesn't happen all the time. The sandwiches were loaded with pastrami on a delicious rye. This was one good sandwich and I will definitely be back. Overall a great place with excellent food and service. Most of the reviews are four and five stars which I get... For the people who gave one to three, why? PLEASE, stop complaining because of an experience that you had that can be easily resolvable. WHY do one star reviews come from people who have no connections, no yelp friends and just one or two reviews.... Is that your job. Please stop diminishing the overall ratings for these great places. Dave loves that-I prefer savory butter lol! Then the eggs were a very large portion and done just right. I swear I had a bagel that was on steroids lol! It was the biggest bagel that I have ever seen. David got two large pancakes along with warmed syrup! Who could ask for anything more. Megan said the bagels were baked right there! It was dry as expected, but had no flavor. She orders the brisket at all the other Jewish deli's in the area and all have flavor, although very dry when ordered extra lean. The others all ordered cold sandwiches and were fine with their meals. The only comments were the rye bread looked packaged from a market, not your typical Jewish Rye, but they still enjoyed their sandwich. The remodel is really first class, definitely the nicest Jewish deli in the area.
