The man behind the counter appeared bothered we were in the store, he did not greet us or offer help. He continued to talk to someone on the phone using his earbuds. When asked a Question he would reply with a dismissive tone, again felt like we were keeping him from his phone conversation. When asked if the sweets were fresh we got neither a yes or no. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and not welcoming. We would only visit this store if we absolutely have to.

Because of that, I usually stock up during my trips to LA and only stop by when I need something quickly and don't want to wait. They were very nice to my mom and helped her with all the jewelry she was interested in. As we looked around the store, it seems like they have a few regulars who visit the store since the sisters seemed to know all the customers walking in.
