Normally that would have disappointed me, but this turned out to be some of the best BBQ chicken I've had from any Indian restaurant or food truck. First of all, it was made fresh to order. The seasoning on this chicken was carefully crafted by the chef to let each spice stand out without overpowering the others. It was genuinely outstanding, great actually. In fact, it was so good that I came back on another day just to order it again to make sure it wasn't a fluke. It wasn't. It was just as good the second time. 5/5 stars just differently amazing. My wife wants to come back, and honestly I was pretty against the idea after the first visit. Still, based on that BBQ chicken alone, I'm willing to give them another full try. If the rest of the menu improves on a second visit, I may come back and update this review with a higher score. Overall: 3/5 stars. There were simply too many lower variables during this visit for me to rate it any higher this time around.

I can't stop eating the paneer butter masala (surprising to absolutely no one), and the garlic naan. If you're brave, get it spicy-- it will blow your face off, but in a good way (like a hot kiss instead of a bomb). I impressed my company by not needing to drink much during my spicy meal, and yes this is a casual heat tolerance brag, I'm sorry! Anyway, the service is really wonderful even if the communication can be a little rusty because I'm a basic monolingual bish. They just want you to enjoy your food and your time with them, so don't be shy and ask questions if you're unsure about something you're ordering. They have vegan and vegetarian options.
