We came to the mall and found this place at the lower level of the mall. The shops environment made us crave a crêpe. We ordered a Nutella banana one to share. The service was very quick and the staff was very nice. Overall, the taste of the crêpe was not out of this world. I expected a bit more Nutella in it. It was a little bit too chewy for my like. The sweetness was also average. I don't like too sweet or too plain which was fine in my taste. I probably wouldn't go out of my way get another one. It was just an average experience. read more

The kids were starving and it was suggested that we eat here mainly because it was directly in front of us. Crepes from a mall stand, why was I dubious about the result? No, I didn't have time to check the Yelp rating, nor much choice in the matter (two adults and two hungry kids vs. me!). I lost the vote and submitted our order. The good news, we got the food fast! Located conveniently in the middle of the mall on the lower level, Crepes Du Nord was a nice spot to hit for a quick breakfast fix when there were not many other options available. I was pleasantly surprised with this spot, which is very unassuming. The crepe was cooked very nicely and had great flavor. I ordered a savory Farmer's crepe with eggs, cheese, and ham. It was a bit pricy, coming out to about $18 all told. Though the crepe was delicious and hit the spot, so I'm not mad. Also, the service was stellar. The man who greeted me, who I assume is the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful while the girl helping him prepared my food swiftly and with nice presentation. Came to this place for a sweet treat after going to California kitchen. I came here on a Saturday afternoon around 3 PM up. The place was pretty crowded. The people cooking the food we're wearing masks and gloves which was pretty good. People weren't following masks or social distancing rules since the order was lifted but you did have a lot of people that were still following restrictions. My opinion I feel as though any food establishments should still have our patrons follow Covid restrictions. They had minimal seating around their kiosk. I ordered the Nutella berry bonanza. It was around $11 and took about five minutes to make. I also got it with ice cream which was an extra 2$. The crêpe was very underwhelming. It had adequate amount of strawberries and bananas but minimal Nutella and chocolate syrup. It was so minimal that the crepe was really dry. This is the first place I've come to we're they were really skimpy on the Nutella. But the ice cream was also good hence the two stars. I've had crepes in Europe, NJ & NYC and I've been super satisfied every time- however for the 1st time in crepe history- I am disappointed. I ordered the "Strawberry Nutella" crepe with pecans and at first I was super excited! Crepes is one of the those desserts that's extremely delicious and almost something you can't get enough of. However, although I ordered my crepes with Nutella- it was super dry. Then there was syrup that was added on the side that did not taste great with this dish at all. To make matters worst? 12 year old granddaughter wanted a Nutella crepe. When the 12 year old gets it and she tells you they didn't put much Nutella on it you know it is sad. I now realize they did a few lines from a squeeze bottle on the crepe and that was it. Since it came from a squeeze bottle it had to be watered down. Meh ... I've had better. The crap I had...oops, I mean Crepe was Apple Pecan Pie. The biggest downfall of the dish was the under-cooked crepe. It had a gummy watery texture. The soft, macerated apple filling was definitely from a can - which I found it hard to wrap my head around since this store seems to pride itself in quality fresh ingredients. The fragments of pecan inside the crepe were a disappointment and were either from the scraps from the bottom of the bag, or purchased from Aldi. Convenient place right in the heart of bridgewater commons mall. I like how they make it right in front of you so you know they will try to be as sanitary as possible. I ordered the apple pecan pie crepe and my mother ordered the dulce de leche. Both very good and VERY sweet. They both would have tasted good with coffee or hot tea. But I'm not sure if they have either one since I wasn't really looking and ordered a snapple. After being in Paris, I wasn't sure it was possible to recreate that European crepe feel and taste. This place right in the commons mall does it justice. I was not disappointed. I ordered a usual Nutella and banana filled crepe, which they then topped with chocolate syrup and powdered sugar. I ordered to go and they put my order in a clear portable tin inside a brown bag. Very effective presentation and efficient for future shopping. I was afraid I was going to have to slam it down my throat like an Auntie Anne's pretzel but was pleased to have it safely stored in a bag while I continued shopping. Yes, it was a little pricy, 7.75 for my treat but every bite was packed with gooey Nutella and Banana slices. It was fresh and enjoyable to eat. I think next time I'll ask for it to be a little crispy and I look forward to trying their other types of crepes. Definitely a fun place to stop and reward yourself while shopping through the mall. 2018 Dec: I found this mini stand-alone store nestled behind the large Christmas tree/Santa photo station (FYI the picture options with Santa start at $40 bucks). After hearing about the undercooked crepes, I asked the female cashier (doubling as my chef, because the guy in the chefs uniform was on break) to cook mine well because I like the edges crispy. I ordered the crepe on the menu w the Nutella, strawberry, banana and cream. Pros: It was a decent crepe, and she was generous with the Nutella too. It was large enough for a little snack for my wife and I to be satisfied. Another plus was they gave me a cup of tap water w out extra charge to go w my coffee. There is ample seating (big L shape design of tables and booths) around the crepe station. The utensil station is stocked w sturdy forks, spoons, and knives and not the flimsy ones that might make eating something like this potentially frustrating. Cons: she forgot the cream on my crepe. Also, as large as the crepe was, and I'm sure the rent is t cheap, I felt $10 and change after taxes was a little more than the value. read more

Once I realized I was very allergic to the food I just ate I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one and argued that as the menu didn't say "breaded chicken" It also did not say unbreaded. I would not even give one star if i had that option. These crepes are a rip-off. They say something on the menu but they hardly put anything inside of it. We ordered a Oreo and cream, but there was no cream. We asked for whip cream and they didn't put any inside, and just gave hardly a spoon of whip cream in a small plastic container. The meats were low quality and tasteless, the cheese wasn't melted, and the crepe itself was an unappetizing grey color... Though this may have been the lighting. My turkey appeared to still have plastic wrap on it when it was thrown into the crepe. At least I think that was what I bit into. I stopped eating soon after. A few minutes after I placed the order my name was called for pick up. A little pricy at over $7 a piece, however they did not skimp on my crepe. Every bite had a good amount of bananas and nutella. Yum!! Fresh & made to order. Only disappointment, no decaf coffee available. Took away one star for lack of decaf option, it's a major hassle to have to go upstairs to Starbucks in order to enjoy coffee with crepe. HOWEVER, the line was long in Starbucks and by the time I had come back down, they insisted on making me an fresh crepe because mine had gotten cold in the time it took me to go up for coffee and back. My suggestion? Get decaf espresso, then you don't have to worry about decaf sitting around and going to waste, you can just make an Americano to order. Staff is all super friendly & accommodating. Wish they were in a storefront near the Starbucks in Bedminster instead of inside the mall, I'd be there every day for breakfast when I pick up my morning coffee. If you like crepes, try it, you won't be disappointed. If you are looking for a quick snack or lunch spot that offers more than crepes, this isn't it.
