An unassuming boba/ice cream shop -- the ice cream is the perfect amount of creaminess and sweet. I LOVED the "lychee strawberry" and it paired well with my second flavor of "oh bananas". As an indecisive person, I really appreciated that you still get to choose two flavors even if you get a single scoop. You can also sample different flavors. Although there was only one employee working on a weekday evening, so it could get busy at times, especially in the summer. Definitely plan on coming back to try their MANY other unique ice cream flavors, including the Ube Brownie which was sold out at the time. Overall, a great place to catch up with friends and enjoy a sweet treat! Plenty of seating and cute decor
Pistachio was outstanding! This isn't your artificially colored hideous neon green variety. Pistachios with texture are layered throughout and one scoop here is very generous. My second favorite flavor here has to be the Ube Brownie. The subtle Ube flavor along with chunks of brownie was really good. They specialize in unique Asian flavors highlighting Pandan, Lychee, Black Sesame among others. This was really a goldmine find, truly was not expecting a gem like Sweet Parlor after having dinner nearby. The first time I first went there was no signage out front and it was hard to find. By my second visit there was a sign and Waze did a better job of providing directions. The staff is super friendly, great with samples, and very generous with their scoops. Sweet Parlor is really a trek for me but if I am ever in the area again I will return.
Last time I was here for yelp event and first time coming back since then and did not disappoint. They have so many new flavors and I had matcha brownie for first time and wow what a blend fusion of flavors. I took home my pints of choice fave UBE brownie which is a fan fave and new for me guava cheesecake. Service amazing they let me try a ton of flavors that weren't there last time i was in. Ambiance very insta posting worthy.
Very excited to try this place based on reviews. A regular ice cream shop tucked away in Hillsborough . There were onky couple of people manning the show for a weekend., so the tasting and processing was a bit slow . Tried the Special waffle cone tiramisu ice cream and a small chocolate cup. They took time to make a fresh waffle cone so I was super excited to try it. The waffle cone was too eggy and lacked the crispy texture that I expected . The ice cream itself was good though a tad bit sweet for my liking. The waffle cone ice cream was way too pricey for what it offered and didn't meet my expectation. Parking was a breeze as its inside a huge strip mall. They have pints to go and ice cream cakes too. Will I go back ? .. not sure !, . As the place didn't wow me . But , I may still recommend this place to people as they had good ice cream which is the crux of this place .
This was part of a large strip mall with seating available inside and outside. They offered a number of ice cream choices that also included specialty drinks. There were lots of unique homemade ice cream choices as well as traditional ones for the less adventurous. I had a medium cup ($7.50?) of ube brownie and you're so lucky. The ube scoop was much larger than the you're so lucky. The ube brownie was ube infused ice cream layered with brownie pieces. This was very good. The ice cream as a whole was very fulfilling and a little heavy. There were plenty of brownie pieces present and they were small enough where not a lot of chewing had to be done. The ube flavor was very tasty. The you're so lucky was a cheerios infused ice cream layered with lucky charms marshmallows. This was disappointing. It really did not have much flavor, just plain. I also tried the triple threat chocolate. It contained brownie pieces and cake I believe. It was not too bad, very heavy, but not overly chocolatey. Will I go back? Yes.
Woah! So many good flavors and options to choose from. You can sample all of the ice cream before making your selection. I highly recommend the bubble waffle and make sure to get their whipped cream On whatever you pick. Wait staff and owner are all so nice. Located right in the corner of the shopping center and there's parking right across the street.
Great variety of flavors including Asian inspired flavors. I've enjoyed every single flavor that I've tried. They also drop a new flavor every Friday! It is a small place but there are a good amount of seating inside. Everyone there is super friendly. You're also allowed to sample flavors before ordering. I've discovered my favorite ice cream flavor of all time at Sweet Parlor thanks to one of their rotating flavors- the Perfect Match-a. It's the perfect matcha based ice cream, not too sweet and not too bitter, with Oreos mixed in! I didn't even know I needed this until I saw them post it on Instagram. The sample spoon was so good when I tried it in person, that I got it in my bubble waffle cone and bought a pint of it, and it was the first time in my life that I finished a pint of ice cream (usually I scoop out the toppings and the base gets freezer burn from sitting in the freezer for too long, then I throw it out). I hope it comes back as part of the permanent line-up of flavors!

The flavors here are so unique and fun, both in the drinks and the ice creams! You can also try out the ice cream flavors if you're unsure since there's so many options! As an ice cream enthusiast, the POG and brown sugar earl gray flavors are among my favorites for sure. I decided to try out their drinks today. I got the Hula Hoop drink with boba but there are plenty of build-your-own options as well. Highly recommend. They also have fizzy drinks which are good too. I love the aesthetic, and they make your treats right in front of you.
I saw this post circulating on Instagram and decided to give it a try. Or small little spot located in the strip mall. They are in the process of getting their main time so it's located right next to Elwaldi Grill . What a great addition to the town they have some amazing and unique flavors so be a little open minded to try something. A lot of different flavors mix with a Asian flare. And along with some flavors the kiddies will like ( Cookie Monster) . We had a chance to speak with the owner Tim great guy. We really wish him the best. Oh, and we will definitely be back to try some of those yummy additional flavors. We did not get to try this time around. The Ube brownie was delicious with the UBE whipped cream. We also tried the Sunday morning which was full of coffee flavor im always a sucker for a great coffee ice cream .
Saw the post on insta and was so intrigued with the ube brownies which are both my favorite. We ordered the specialty sundae of u-bae. Saw some pint of ice creams but they didnt have the ube brownies pint and there was only like 3 of them with different flavors in the freezer. They had a cute sign with grass backdrop and a wall of $1 bills. The line could have bern more organized.
It was really good. The cereal bowl is massive!! And... Thomas finished it. And incredible feat from the kid. Anyway the place was nice on the inside. Sadly I didn't get to see bathrooms though.
It smelled so delicious every time I walked in there; it's the bubble waffle! So I finally planned it on my cheat day to try it for a Sunday brunch . It tasted as good as it smelled b/c they made their own batter (just like their ice creams) not using any prepackaged powder with artificial flavors. Bubble waffle with my favorite triple threat chocolate and black sesame...the winning combination!!! If you like ice cream and haven't been to Sweet Parlor, you really should! But be patient if you walk in and saw a line. It's hard to make a decision with so many good options and they let you try it. Btw, they are in Somerville, too! read more

Woah! So many good flavors and options to choose from. You can sample all of the ice cream before making your selection. First time coming here and I was absolutely blown away!! Their flavors of ice cream are so creative and beautifully done. I'd try their lychee flavors (strawberry/peach) because you can get chunks of lychee in it. It's sooooooo good!!! And the owner is very nice too! read more

The workers were all very friendly and made a welcoming environment, especially the person who helped me who was named Neel. The milkshake I got was ready very fast and tasted very good. I would recommend this place over similar ice cream parlors nearby and is definitely my favorite in Hillsborough. Definitely worth a visit! read more
I was so excited to see that a new ice cream place opened up near me!! The experience was truly 10/10. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and offered to try different ice cream flavors, all of which were absolutely delicious. I ended up going with a guava cheesecake and s'mores scoop, as well as the triple chocolate and strawberry cheesecake. Service was fantastic along with the ambiance which had a very "come hangout and eat some icecream" vibes. I can't wait to try some more new flavors in the coming weeks! read more
I am absolutely obsessed with Sweet Parlor. The decor in the shop is so cute and this has some of the best egg waffle ice cream around. This little shop is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking and a cute little date spot. The amount of food that you get per scoop is ridiculous and one egg waffle ice cream combination will feed two people easily. The variety of flavor is great with samples available and the waffles are made on the spot. Service is wonderful and I loved it and will be back! 10/10!!! read more

nice small place. cute atmosphere with a nice variety of flavors. came here during the evening and they had sold out of top 3 flavors i wanted to try so you need to come early to try the popular flavors like ube! ice cream was good, i liked the thai tea flavor the most out of the flavors i tried. the employees were nice as well and gave us samples to help us choose. read more

What a lovely addition to this area. I got the black sesame with the ube whipped cream and it was on point! You can really taste all the flavors. A real treat. Love the decor and the staff is very attentive and patient. I have a wheat allergy and I had ordered something with wheat without realizing it and the owner replaced it right away. So happy that we have such a cool new icecream place in town! Sweet Parlor has awesome vibes inside with ample seating. Everyone that helped us was really nice and made sure to let us try every flavor. This is an Asian-fusion shop that provides flavors like Ube brownie, siracha lime, Thai milk tea and some other fun flavors like tiramisu and guava cheesecake. The bubble waffles are made to order, fluffy and delicious. I really appreciated that HOUSE MADE whipped cream is included with the cost of your scoop. The Ube whip was delicious and they also have classic, strawberry and chocolate. So many amazing options that you can't find anywhere else! read more

I was so excited to hear about a new ice cream spot in town! I went in on a Sunday night, and the service was great, as was the delicious ice cream! There were so many fun flavors that you can't get anywhere else in town such as siracha lime and Ube brownie. I was so impressed with the homemade whipped cream, I'd literally go back just for that! They also have fun specialty drinks that are delicious! I definitely recommend trying it out. read more

I've been to Sweet Parlor twice in the last two weeks, and I usually don't have ice cream in the winter. I love Sweet Parlor, their ice cream is awesome. I love the Asian inspired flavors - they've really nailed the pandan and ube flavors in my opinion. I brought my brother here and we shared the "U-be my bae" which was an ube ice cream sundae! When we got there, it was pretty busy but we were able to order pretty quickly and got our ice cream within 5 minutes. The people who work at Sweet Parlor are really kind, and they encouraged us to try the different flavors of ice cream they had out. The interior of the parlor is also so cute and aesthetic! I wish they had a bigger sign outside though, it was a little hard to find the place. I also hope that they release a vegan option for people who might be dairy allergic or lactose intolerant, I would love to see what flavor they'd choose for that! read more
