Oven roasted crispy wings tossed in black pepper and Myer lemon infusion. French Potato Salad w/ Dijon & Herbs Red-bliss potatoes tossed in Champagne vinaigrette w/ fresh herbs. Stove-top Italian Cut Green Beans Simmered with sweet onion & a savory vegetable broth. Bourbomn Vanilla Bananana Pudding Individual glass parfaits w/ layered Madagascar Custard. Chef Anthony prepared everything, and I picked it up. All I had to do was serve and time the courses that needed reheating. It was so east! The dinner party flowed beautifully, the wines paired with the Food exceptionally. Literally, every dish was amazingly delicious. Wonderfully catered meal by Scott and his team. Everything was perfectly executed and tasted delicious! I originally reached out to New Leaf to assist with figuring out how to feed my 28 person family dinner on Christmas Day while we were visiting in Palm Springs. I was scrambling to find a caterer that could deliver food either on or before Christmas Day and Scott and his team were so game to assist and not charge an arm and a leg for it. They were incredibly reasonably priced and the food was excellent! My family ultimately decided to swap the dinner to the 26th instead and again, Scott's team was so flexible and was able to change the delivery date for me. Scott personally delivered the food to our airbnb and explained how to heat everything up to me with a plan towards a set dinner time. I can't even describe how happy I was with the service the team from New Leaf provided for my wedding in Palm Springs in September. From the moment the crew of 3 arrived to the moment they left, I felt 100% taken care of and that the success of our amazing and delicious dinner was all their doing. First off, as soon as they arrived they were quick to set up and get to work without having to ask me one question (which I was grateful for since every other detail I had been running around implementing myself along with some dear friends). They knew what they were doing and were able to take care of everything on their own. The drinks table was set up immediately and was just as I would have done myself. The table settings were laid out impeccably. Hors D'oeuvres were being passed around and everyone was happy with food and drink in hand before the ceremony. Then the dinner. Our Chef, Tre was simply amazing. I was pleased to hear a lot of my guests went up to him to thank him for the delicious meal, he deserved all that praise and more. Not one of my guests didn't comment on how delicious everything was. We served family style dishes such as tri tip steak, chicken, a ridiculous caesar salad with potato croutons (they were the hit of the night, as everyone commented on them), a rice pilaf with veggies and some assorted veggie sides. We had very minimal leftovers the next day because throughout the night, everyone went back into the fridge to have more plates of the food! Our 2 servers, Debbie and Sara were the saviors of the evening. Always keeping everyone's glasses full, and taking care of everything with ease and with such wonderful personalities. They were attentive to me in the sense that since I am pregnant, I always had a yummy virgin cocktail in hand. They even went above and beyond and set up the most beautiful cake table decorations for our cake cutting. They really thought of every little detail and went above and beyond. I also owe everything to Scott who worked with me from the beginning. I simply had to describe what I wanted very briefly and he completely understood my taste and vision. He was so great to collaborate with and accepted every single one of my requests with ease. I was even surprised he was so accommodating with everything I was providing myself such as the alcohol, the cake and furniture rental. I was prepared for an event company to try and make feel I should be using their services for everything and that certain things wouldn't be allowed. I didn't hear one word about any of that, just that it be perfectly ok. He was also more than helpful when I was trying to bring down the cost. No issues from his end, only helpful suggestions and positive responses to how I wanted to alter the budget. I know this review sounds incredibly mushy and there are way too many praises of how amazing everything was, but I can't help it, it was perfect. I couldn't believe how much they took care of for the evening. My thought was they were there to simply serve the food and drinks, not pay attention to all the details that they did. I really recommend using New Leaf for your event, I can assure you won't be disappointed and will actually be surprised how a company could go so above and beyond what you'd expect to make your event memorable and special. I read in some other reviews the only negative comment was the length of time to took for responses. While I can attest this was true in my case as well (though there was not a length of time that caused any disruption in my planning) I will come to their defense. I can see why they are so busy, they do great work and not surprising, are constantly working on events. You will be grateful that they give 100% of their attention to you when your time comes and they aren't busy on the phone talking to or emailing other clients. read more

Appetizer 1 - Seasonal Sashimi: Hamachi sashimi with fresh mango, fine herbs, Evoo and sea salt, finished with fresh lime and cracked pepper Appetizer 2 - Shrimp and crispy garlic baguette: Sautéed prawns, capers, fresh peas, garlic, tomatoes, Pinot Grigio, whole butter and crispy garlic baguette. Salad - Caesar Gem Lettuce Salad with Salmon: Organic Gem Lettuce with cornmeal-crusted wild salmon, croutons, and shaved pecorino. With Caesar dressing Main Course 1 - Branzino: Thyme scented Panko crusted branzino, stuffed with roasted peppers, spinach and artichokes with lemon, parsley gremolata on the side Main Course 2 - Pan seared Halibut: Pacific halibut stuffed with roasted peppers, spinach and artichoke with chimichurri on the side Each of the main courses were served over a seasonal risotto with Mediterranean roasted vegetables.
