Cameron was a pleasure to work with and offered his expertise in planning exactly what I needed. We chose the Mexican menu: chicken fajitas, cheese enchiladas, black beans, rice, salad, mixed vegetables, flour and corn tortillas, and a condiment bar. First Class was exactly what the name implies! We had them cater an elopement celebration and the service was even better than we expected! The menu consisted of appetizers of zucchini medallions, truffle herb goat cheese crostini and spanakopita. All were excellent. The main course was Greek salad, shrimp and chicken kabobs and rice pilaf. The attention to detail was unsurpassed. We had 3 servers and a bartender along with Executive Chef Michael and his assistant. His team was very professional and made sure all of our guests were well taken care of. Michael and team were very responsive to all my questions and worked with me to provide the right choices for the event. He even came out to my home to do a "walk thru" so we could discuss placement of the serving tables, both inside/out. Michael provided excellent service and we had nothing but compliments about the food and service. I missed out on the appetizers because of pictures but my sister says she went back 3 times and there was plenty for everyone. The buffet looked wonderful and the food was delicious and even the kids Mac n cheese was delicious. I had people tell me they hate quinoa who raved about his quinoa salad! We were surprised we had a nice amount of food leftover which the staff packaged for us. Michael was so great to work with and even texted me the morning of event to say he was bringing extra cases of mini waters for my bartenders although I had said I'd provide all the drinks. I found Michael through Yelp and contacted him for a quote in addition to 8 other catering services in Palm Springs for a dinner of 500 people. Michael was the only caterer I felt really, truly cared about how we were going to properly execute this hefty dinner at the Palm Springs Air Museum. What won me over, was how detail oriented he was.
