    We relocated from Los Angeles to a south Dallas suburb. We wanted to be closer with our daughter…read moreand new grandson. I looked for a cleaning service to do our regular once per month house cleaning. I interviewed several services. All of them right around $200. Texas Cleaning Service fell into the middle of the quotes not the lowest and not the highest. I called and spoke with their customer service representative, Tiffany. We had several lengthy conversations. These conversations were very specific pertaining to exactly what we needed, how many square feet in the living space etc. I then asked for a list of tasks as we had discussed. The list Tiffany sent was not totally inclusive of what was agreed upon during our conversations. I contacted her again and Tiffany sent a full list which concisely spelled out what they would have their team do during an appointment. I accepted the proposal. So far very good. Sometime before the appointment a person named Jacob began to get involved. He told my wife he was Tiffany's supervisor. This interaction could have gone one of two ways. After speaking with my wife he had some issues with the terms of the agreement that Tiffany and I had put into writing. That said, after revisiting the terms of the agreement he understood not only the pricing but further the amount of detail spelled out in the agreement and we moved cheerfully on. It's one thing to question things one may come across and another to actually have terms spelled out which protects not only us as consumers but also the vendors. My best advice is that Texas Cleaning Services provided a very good job at a fair but not lowest pricing available along with flexible staff, management and cleaning professionals coming from a point of view best in class service. This does not mean a verbal agreement is enough. Get all vendor agreements in writing. Jacob the supervisor did a good job standing behind their agreement. Irma the lead cleaner is very good, quite competent and we have requested her as our regular lead person. Maria also did an acceptable and the carpet vacuuming had that high pro finish and looked great for her portion of the work. Tiffany worked diligently to work all our needs into a cohesive document. All in all I recommend this company with 4 stars. They did lose a star for questioning the scope of work without reading through every point. That said, Jacob stepped up to ensure the agreement was going to be honored. So alls well that ends well and we are as committed to a long term relationship as we believe their organization is also committed. jc g

She sent me all the contact…read moreinformation to get in contact with the recruiter he had already pulled up my resume everything just from having my name and phone number apparently. So off to a good start I feel like he did his homework I got assigned with a company called bio reference the assignment that I was on that I can't speak of was the easiest job ever. However, due to the unprofessionalism and lack of leadership made the job much harder than it should have been. within the first week I was told that I would be second in command, but before then my recruiter told his supervisor that I said we weren't getting enough hours which we weren't and I want it to be on another assignment because I have bills to pay which was also true. I was informed when I first signed on that my hours would be from 5am to 1pm. Which I later found out I'd me lucky to get 3 at the max 5 hours a day, maybe working 3 to 4 days a week. As you can see not full time hours at all. His boss then contacted the supervisor and informed her of my wanting to leave. Which held up the process of me being groomed for more responsibility. I informed my recruiter that name dropping causes problems for their staff that's working. However eventually I was informally second in command. I saw people being let go without chance to prove themselves. By the time I was let go there was only one person that was there before me and I hadn't been there two months. The leadership staff from bio reference is messy and unprofessional and there manager Flor is the worst of them all. I can recall having a line of people that need it to checking in to be tested and Flor wanted me to stop doing what I was doing to cater to her phone call rather than getting the patients in and out of the trailer. After almost 2 months of seeing and dealing with all the unprofessionalism as well as there was two companies there work in the site Aerotech and All Medical, Aerotek were not advocating for their staff as All Medical's staff was getting paid 5.00 more for doing the same job. I was released of my assignment due to some messy conversations yet no one asked me a thing. Then management Aerotek released me because I sent out a text letting my Co-workers know they were getting the short end of the stick and I was no longer with the company. I figured if I was going to be released may as tell what I know as people will keep you in the dark and use you if allowed. I said that to say this if you were looking for someone to fight for you Aerotech is not the company they will throw you under the bus and act as if they are advocating for you but they are not you are just another person that can be replaced to them.

    I would have given Aerotek 5 stars if it weren't for recruiter Harris Hunter. Harris offered me a…read morejob a month before the job was supposed to start. His communication was very poor. I would send Harris repeat emails , sometimes 3 times until I got a response. The week before I was supposed to start , after spending money on copies of W2's per his request, taking off work to interview for the position , moving to a new area so I would be closer to the job I was supposed to start, and quitting the career I held for 3 years , Harris sent an email stating I wouldn't be able to start because he didn't get the paperwork submitted to the company on time. All Harris Hunter had to offer in turn was a lousy EMAILED apology and, "MAYBE can find you another position." Literally an entire month went by until I was notified I wouldn't be starting the position I was offered. It is already tough to find a decent job as it is , can you imagine having the fear that this will happen again ? I am hesitant to work with this company but thanks to Mara , the manager , I will give them a second chance. Hopefully things work in my favor and my new recruiter will know what he is doing.
