Fortunately I found Tri Valley Upholstery. I send them pictures of the damaged rail and made a "reservation" to bring it in the following week to be worked on right away so as to have as brief a down downtime as possible. Ed at Tri Valley was great - I brought it in on a Tuesday and was able to pick it up on Thursday beautifully repaired for what I felt was a very reasonable price considering the work that had to be done and the excellent job they did. Found several outfits to do painting or powder coating and best comms came from Finish Logic so went w/ them. Dropped off the wheels and had a new set of tires drop-shipped to them. I was anxious during the short wait... da Work: After getting a look at my wheels and stripping it down to bare metal, they noticed a dent and small crack on one of the wheels and gave me the options w/ clear info. They suggested sourcing another wheel and that they would wait on it or they could do a dent & crack repair and roll the dice that it balances. Should've listened to them; that wheel couldn't balance. When I went to get an alignment and re-balance the tires, they confirmed an issue with one wheel, showing a little wobble at 80mph. da Service: Great comms from start to finish, quick turn-around, and quality work. There were 2 holes about the size of a pinky and the cavity is about the size that could fit my thumb up to its nailbed. I reached out to a few folks and got quotes. Given my prior positive experience, I reached out to Mauricio to see if this could be done. I also noticed 2 holes that I'm not sure if it was there when I first got the furniture or if something else bore out. These were about the size of a dull pencil tip but on the underside of the furniture. Mauricio was extremely patient with me upon getting the details as I was considering getting a second opinion from some local exterminators on the risk of another emergence. Eventually, I figured out some details and booked an appointment. Everything was quickly scheduled with Edgar who arrived on time promptly and quickly went to work fixing the 4 holes. By the time it was finished, I could only vaguely guess where the holes were. To someone who didn't know about the holes, it would look almost natural. All in all, this took roughly an hour or so to complete. Edgar was sure to clean up after himself and laid out some paper padding to capture any mess left behind and prevent it from touching the floor. Overall, I was happy with the price and quality of work done.
