Using it was delayed by some life events, but yesterday the promised cake was created and I'm here to tell you that mixer never sounded or worked better when it was brand new! I creamed butter, sugar, and cream cheese and it actually picked up all ingredients and did it perfectly! Absolutely thrilled with the work. Unfortunately I have to leave this review for Zuta. I had a technician come out to diagnose a…read moreproblem with a Kitchen Aid gas stove. The oven was not igniting correctly but the burners worked. I did a lot of research on-line and had an idea of what it might be. When the technician arrived the oven appeared to be working for him, which was not uncommon as the problem was sporatic. He did not try to diagnose anything further, he did remove the door, but did not inspect the ignitors which ultimately was what the problem was. He left and I called a different company who came out and found the problem very quickly. It was a bent ignitor that was the issue and caused the gas to not be close enough to the spark to consistently light the oven. Had this technician just removed the bottom part of the oven, he probably would have seen the issue. BTW, this is an issue that was documented on-line, I even found it myself after investigating my issue. My recommendation would be to make sure your technicians listen to the customer, I realize that sometimes it's difficult when you can't recreate the problem, but in this case, he didn't even try to diagnose it, which is not acceptable. The new company that I did hire found this problem immediately, by the way....

Fortunately, I called Dan of Benicia Appliance, and on short notice he arrived with the part. He immediately proceeded to diagnose the problem and test out the new part before effortlessly reassembling it all. Watching him work was a pleasure because he hit all the marks bringing our oven back to life. Today, just over 90 days later, a part on the drum disintegrated during a wash load. I called Ali and asked him to come back today. Two other employees came and told me 1) the part was irreplaceable and 2) the work is out of warranty and 3) buy a new washer. My response: Ali should have seen this part was disintegrated and advised me to not spend any more on this appliance! Based on this, I am giving the lowest review I think I ever have.
