The regularly press wrinkles into clothing, almost every single time, and they break buttons almost every single time. Best part: They break a button, and they charge you to fix it. Horrible company, took in my dress clothes on Wednesday at around 3:30pm. The lady said they would be ready the following day by 4:00. I arrived at 4pm the following day to find my pants being ready and they asked me which shirt was mine and neither of them were. I have taken my Polo shirts here for 3 years. When you make a mistake or eff someone's shirt up "OWN IT" My son dropped off 7-10 shirts to be laundered, with light starch. I guess the 9th time was the charm. My 3 week old turquoise shirt came back with red blotches on the left breast (Male version). My wife went in to see how they could rectify the situation today (7/9/2021). The counter person said it was dropped off this way! I never go out of my way to give a small business "ZERO STARS". Lying and not even trying to rectify "THEIR" mistake, makes me fume. Sure the shirt can be replaced for $30, but lack of "customer comes first" and owning up to errors is not a solid business practice. However, they lost a star because they didn't return the belt that went with my husband's trench coat. He had to drive back the next day and ask for it. It was fortunate that he was able to spot it hanging on a hanger in the corner. Anything they separate to clean should be placed together so things don't get separated. I took a pant suit to be hemmed for a wedding . After they measured for me and hemmed it , it was still too long . Second attempt , one leg was longer than the other . I did not have enough time to get it hemmed a third time so I had to wear it to the wedding like that. After the wedding I took it back and told them what had happened. They fixed it for free but charged me to dry clean it. Good business would have been they dry cleaned it for free. My god! They really impressed me. Not only do they provide very fast and efficient dry cleaning, but their seamstress is 6 Stars!!! I had purchased Under Armour tactical cargo pants on sale but a larger size of 36x36. They were super baggy and very long. I honestly didn't think they were going to come out this good, but they are perfectly tailored and they seem like they were straight out of the factory of the size 34x30. She even brought in the inner seam around the thigh and custom tailored it down to the type of boots I had on. $25 per pants as I had 3, they all came out perfect. The seams on them were done right as well along with the end stitching. A+++. Definitely coming back again. read more

I dropped off 3 pair of jeans to have the zipper changed and returned 2 months later on a Saturday. (not like I returned 1 year later) I paid the money owed and he's looking for my pants, couldn't find them. I told him that I would be back in an hour, I returned and nothing, he said come back on Monday at 5pm and so I did and still nothing then he said I don't have your pants. I said to him nicely ok, you need to refund my $$ and pay for my lost pants and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. This type of service is unacceptable!! BEWARE OF THIS FACILITY! I took a brand new white bed skirt in for alterations and pressing, and it came back with spots of black grease or black ink along the top edge, which was obviously caused by their equipment. After noticing the damage, when I got home, I returned to this facility and spoke with the staff. The owner was extremely rude and argumentative and falsely accused me of 'dragging' the folded bed skirt, which was in their plastic bag on a hanger, through the dirty parking lot causing the issue! His seamstress also falsely accused me of rubbing the bed skirt up against my 'car tire' upon pickup, but finally apologized for the damage. That was my first and final experience with this facility, and it will be my last! read more

Very rude owner. Dropped of my sons uniform (law enforcement) and it was not clean and had double creases in the front. I informed the owner and he said "I tried my best, their stains".......I explained the shirt was worn once and their not stains, its dirt and that the double creases are not acceptable. He began to yell, another customer intervened and said "don't yell at the lady". 2 complete uniforms were picked up, he returned the money for 1 shirt ($3.25) and told me to take him to court. I explained it's not about the money now, it's the principle and I threw the money on the floor. He ran and got his phone to take pictures of me and my car and I proceeded to walk out and then drive off. Never again will I go to this place. Respect the UNIFORM!!!! *sorry for any typos. This should be minus five stars! I went to have my clothes pressed, they were all items that were brand new designer clothes. I washed everything at home and took them to be pressed. when I pick up my clothes, took them home and started transferring my blouses to regular hangers, one top had 5 or 6 large oil stains on it. I immediately returned to the cleaners. The owner knowingly tried to fix his mistake, however said nothing to me when I paid for everything and he then had the nerve to say that I had brought this blouse in, in this condition. I'm sure we all knowchecks each garment before it goes in the bag. He claims that it could not have happened in his cleaners. I have front loading Bosch washer and dryer (no oil there so DUH!!!) I will never go there again and will not refer others to New Look Cleaners and I will let the people I did refer, know what happened. I am very disgusted with his business practice. read more

I recently moved to menifee and i have used this place several times with no issues. I am never in a rush and pick up my cleaning the following week so I cannot comment on the express or same day service. I have not been offered any kind of frequent customer discounts or programs like other cleaners offer. And it does seem to be more expensive than ones I have used in the past. read more

I took 3 jackets to be Dry Cleaned, I am disgusted with the service, my jackets have not been cleaned at all. They still smell of the same smell from where I bought then second hand, and still have the same marks on them,the whole point in taking them was to have them cleaned etc. I never noticed this on collection,as was in a rush, only on putting them away did I take notice of the same smell they had when I took them to be cleaned. I showed my Husband, who agreed they had not been touched, so we headed back to Cleaners, Girl on front desk,had a bad attitude, when I first went there, same attitude on going back. She claimed she did not know anything about dry cleaning ,so could not say if they'd been cleaned or not, the Owner John was not there, but would be back in work the next day between 9am and 10am,she could not give me a REFUND she is not allowed to do that . I had to go back the next day. ( THIS BEING SATURDAY DEC 24TH CHRISTMAS EVE) NOT HAPPY AT ALL.Anyway my Husband went for me, the Owner John informs my Husband that he RE-DRIED them, Friday evening at around 5.30pm. Thats funny we did not return with complaint untill around 5.25 And girl on front desk said he would not be in again till next day. I would have waited ,if he was due back in store, to have dealt with him there and then. He informs my Husband he re dried them. My Husband asks so you dry cleaned them again.no I dry them. My Husband informs him they still smell,of stale odours of uncleaned garments, his attitude was bad, in no way offered a refund, was adamant they where cleaned etc. My Husband could not be bothered to argue with this totally IGNORANT MAN. So he came away, with uncleaned payed for garments, with a Vow never to use this Establishment again.ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING IGNORANT SERVICE,WITH BAD ATTITUDE..PLUS I NOTICED THE PLACE SMELLS MORE LIKE FOOD.THAN A DRY CLEANERS. Not pleased with my experience here at all. I dropped off my husband's pants, suit jacket and shirt on Saturday morning with an expected pick up of Tuesday after 4 pm, sounds great. I arrive at 4 PM on Tuesday and a lady working says, one of our machines broke, it won't be ready until 7:15 or so, can't you come back tomorrow. I told her no, I need it tonight and I made that clear when I dropped off. Whatever, I live down the street, I'll come back. I arrived around 6:25, I didn't want them to be closed, I come in and the lady immediately gives me an attitude and said it won't be done until 7:15, we had to take some of your items to the other store. Thanks for saying that the first time lady and I would of waited till 7:15 like you told me! Anyway, she continued to give me and attitude and her last remark was, "I told you, 7:15." I left the store cursing under my breath, terrible customer service. I came back when I was supposed to and the owner of the store gave me my items and a 10% discount. Still won't come back here in fear my clothes won't be done on time and I would have to deal with the gem that was working in the front. read more

Just a warning to anyone who needs formal attire altered or cleaned... DO NOT take your formal wear here especially your wedding dress. I was trying to save a few dollars since weddings are so expensive. I needed a few alterations so the lady there pinned my dress as needed and I left comfortable with how everything was going to look. When I tried my dress on, she barely left enough space for me to get my arm through, she didn't touch the waist of the dress which was huge on me and my biggest concern, and now it's worse than it was when I brought it in. I went in and said I was first of all overcharged because part of the dress I was quoted for wasn't touched and I wanted some of my money back since I was so unhappy. The owner was so rude and LAUGHED at me explaining what was wrong with the dress. Horrible customer service, will never be going back. Shouldn't even get one star to be honest. I work hard for my money and I was very kind and understanding to the owner I don't deserve to be laughed at or receive terrible service and neither does any other paying customer. read more
