This review is long overdue, I recently had the pleasure to work with Gilbert and I'm more than thankful that we were able to work together. I had been wanting to do flooring at my home for a few months but due to me living in a rough area most people didn't bother in wanting to do the work. I experienced no hesitation from Gilbert from the first time I called him, not only that he was always very responsive before, during, and even after the job was done. I even went as far as letting him help me choose my flooring color, I was originally sold on a black flooring but he advised me otherwise and he was 100% correct and I saw all his valid points after the installation. More than anything he treated my home as if it was his, even took off his shoes at the door because we don't wear shoes inside my home and he was super supportive of that and I was glad of that. This review took so long for me to write because I was trying to think of how to put into words how incredible of an experience I had with New Look Flooring. We were looking for someone to do our entire house with vinyl because we had some old carpet and tile that we weren't too fond of throughout the entire house. At first estimate, I thought that it was too good to be true because they gave us the best price out of the several estimates we received. But when Gilbert came over to take measurements, we knew they were the one. He was so professional and honest and brought over some beautiful samples to choose from. He showed up on time wearing a mask the entire time and was very professional. Him and his father were so kind and worked so hard and so quickly!!! Gilbert and his father even compensated us for a TINY hiccup with the manufacturer even though it was not their fault. Their attention to detail was amazing. When they removed the old carpet, they even repaired what was underneath because some parts were squeaking. I have nothing but great things to say but I guess pictures speak louder than words. We wanted to change our carpet to vinyl flooring. Had ask 5 installers even did the search base on yelp reviews for ones in chino hills area. Nothing compares to Gilbert and his Fathers work. Thank goodness a friend used them for a flip because they were not on yelp. Beat all the pricing from other 5 star yelpers i am glad we had the pleasure working with them and werent listed on yelp at the time. They are gem in the flooring industry. They demo carpet and all the old baseboard. They prepped each floor removing nails staples and dust from the carpet. They removed closet doors and made flooring flushed and perfect in each roomed with new clean cut baseboard. They moved and placed back big furniture after they were done. They took a day and half on stairs with a sprial as cutting a circle is a challenge. They were very clean and were on time. Trustworthy professional are two words i described this family. Ive referred 5 other clients. They dont need the review as word of mouth is why they are busy. But they are worth the wait. read more
