We met with Steven, who did a great job explaining the process. Steven is extremely knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful and patient, and he helped us select the proper flooring for what we were looking for. Steven then put us in contact with Kenny, who helped install our new flooring and oversaw the project. Kenny came to our house the same day we first spoke over the phone and he provided us with a cost estimate and timeline for how many days it would take to complete the project. Once everything was in place, the work began. Kenny and his team did an OUTSTANDING job installing the flooring. His team showed up on time every day, they were extremely friendly, professional and very skilled. They also stayed within the timeframe of how long the job would take, which isn't always the case with this kind of work. After the project was completed, Kenny did a final walkthrough to ensure we were happy with the work he and his team had done. To say that my wife and I are happy with how our floors turned out is an understatement. The final product FAR EXCEEDED our expectations! Our home had wall-to-wall mismatched carpet, and new flooring was the first big ticket item on our list. We put out feelers on Yelp and met with a handful of flooring companies, went to a lot of showrooms, and did a ton of research. Ultimately, we chose Triple A for their patience, honesty, feedback, and reviews. Boy did we get exactly the type of service every homeowner dreams of getting. The day before install, I was very nervous about the process so Bradley and Danny stopped by to reassure me and walk me through the entire process. This was after we spent a week or so going back and forth on carpet. We ended doing most of our home in McMillan Niobe waterproof laminate and the bedrooms with a plush carpet. The install was seamless and they even patched up some concrete cracks and took extra care to protect our flooring from water that may or may not be coming in from outside on our concrete slab. Their care and concern for our home was absolutely the best. Fast forward a month or so down the road, and our new home has multiple plumbing leaks including a slab leak which soaked a portion of our carpet in our closet and bedroom. Bradley stopped by on his way home to pull up the carpet, cut out the wet padding, and assured us it could be salvaged. They'll be coming back out once the repairs are done to reset the carpet. On top of all this phenomenal customer service, they're ordering our flooring for another customer, and called to see if we wanted to order extra boxes because we were only left with one plank after the job was done. I mentioned this after the install and they remembered. If you're going to get your floors done, there's no better team out there than Triple A flooring. Their carpet installer was so kind, answered all of our crazy carpet questions, and even helped us salvage a few pieces that we turned into a hallway runner. Don't go anywhere else, use Triple A!

The manager came out to measure and discuss how the work would be done and go over possible additional charges based on my existing flooring. They took such care in my home and were so respectful and efficient! They assisted with some installation questions I had and got right to work. They were so careful moving my furniture around and I was so touched that they made sure my bed area was cleared at the end of their upstairs workdays so I didn't have to sleep on the couch. They used plastic sheeting to mask off closet and bathroom contents to keep the dust down as much as possible due to the floor leveling process. I waited a few weeks and tried again and finally got in touch with Manuel at Stone Polish. We settled on a date and I confirmed the day earlier to make sure he was still coming. He messaged me back quickly and the next day he showed up 20 minutes early. We discussed the situation and the process for repairing the granite behind the sink. About two hours later he was finished. It's significantly better than what it was. There were a number of granite chunks and pieces that were loose plus, some of the metal reinforcement was so bad, it had disintegrated. Manuel reused some of the larger pieces and used epoxy to blend in some of the other areas. All in all, we're very happy with the outcome. Manuel was very personable and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
