I emailed Rob on Monday, March 30, to let him know I had dropped it off. This was his response: "No problem, thanks for the heads up! It will be ready for pickup by tomorrow. Thanks." When I returned the next day, Rob's coworker rang me up for $300. I told him Rob had quoted me $180. Rob then told his coworker $200, and the price was lowered accordingly. However, I was also pressured to leave an online review. This was my experience dealing with this company, and it will be my last.

I do not know if the previous reviews were planted but his action constitute theft. I have started a Better Business Bureau complaint but I just wanted to warn anyone else. Dicus web site also looks professional but has no true contact information or place of business.

They sent Noel to inspect our chimney and fireplace and got us a quote very fast on a big project that involved re-lining two flues, power washing and brick pointing our chimney, replacing our chimney crown and chimney caps, installing a new damper, and repointing brick in our firebox. We liked their work so much we asked them to also do masonry work on our porch, replacing cracked bricks and brick-pointing where a previous contractor had done a poor job. As was mentioned by another Yelp review (and many reviews about this company in other websites, like home advisor) what sets this company apart is their excellent customer service. Ana is very accommodating and an excelent communicator who kept us in the loop every step of the way. We have recommended them to our friends and would definitely use them again in the future.
