She is very talented and I told her 2 things, layers and face frame, and she delivered, no pics and no explanation necessary. Couldn't be happier and my hair feels so healthy and bouncy. My one and only suggestion is that you Guys put in some coat and bag hangers for customers/clients to hang their things up. Thank you, will for-sure come back for more.

She has been in business in her location for many years, it's a cozy welcoming salon. I'm always offered a cup of coffee & a piece of cake or candy while I wait my turn. We say her shop is like a bus stop, full of men, women & even kids, waiting their turn for a trim, color or perm. She is worth the wait, I highly recommend Linda. Added bonus, she is a super nice lady with a knowledge of current events so time passes fast at her salon. She takes walk in's, but if she has appts ahead of you, you do have to wait so she can serve those customers, but the wait is usually short. I usually call a couple hours before I plan to come by & she accommodates me. Parking can be tricky, there are only a few spots out front of the storefront. But there is street parking or you can park in back.

I called to set up an appointment and make sure that my old extensions (beaded) could be used. "No…read moreproblem," the woman on the phone told me. Sure enough, I get there and am told tape ins are the only choice. I ended up having to buy them there because my hair needed to be done that day for an event. Ooookay, I was going to be spending some $ that day, anyway, so let's move on, not the end of the world. The man who put the tape ins in said literally less than ten words the entire time. I had an appointment with him 2-3 weeks later because a couple of wefts came loose, which was frustrating, and he again didn't speak. I'm almost positive it wasn't a language barrier issue because there were no attempts to be friendly even with body language? And I understand if you don't want to chat the entire time or are introverted, but damn...I really got nothin' When my extensions were finally done, and I will say they were pretty good except for the piece or two that fell out, there was no explanation of how to manage them. The worst part, though, was that he wouldn't cut them because he said they were too pretty. I mostly wanted the extensions for volume, not length.

I walked in on a Saturday morning pretty much begging them to take me in because my best friend was getting married that day and I missed my appointments because I worked a 14 hour shift the day before. I was exhausted that day. With no hesitation the ladies at the front were so professional and did everything they could just to make sure i wouldn't disappoint my friend. Right away they got me in to start my make up with Mariana. The Make up artist her self was an absolute sweetheart and made me feel so comfortable. Right when I was done they put me on chair and prepped me for a hair updo style. Farah did my updo and she was just amazing herself. The amount of compliments I received that day and my hair and make up I've never received before. Thank you so much guys for such an amazing experience. Honestly.
