I asked how long she's been cutting hair and she chuckled and said 15 years. Her skill was very apparent when comparing to some of the other hair cut places nearby (specifically the one across the street, they're horrible). Haircut, full head massage shampoo, then a retouch and then you're done. She even wrote down notes on how we cut my hair for next time. Really goes above and beyond.
