No matter how great the food is, I don't think cleanliness should be lacking and attitude. The appearance in the outside is enough to say a lot, but they say don't judge a book by its cover. Going in the restaurant, it was unwelcoming. The place was empty (which isn't bad), but empty as if no one really spots by. Sitting down, the tables were filled with food particles and dust . It was as if no one had cleaned it in a while, the floors were dusty as well. Food was at the back, but in front there was barely anything. The fridges barely had drinks, and there may have been meat marinating in the outside fridge. The main takeaway is this may have been a catering place rather than a sit and eat type of place. Still, curious to try something I had a small bite of Desi snacks. It wasn't too bad, but the attitude of those in charge wasn't something I loved. They were rather unwelcoming and rushing when it came to being in the restaurant. I suppose a bad day could've played in? However, I don't think I would return based on the appearance and how my visit went. With good food comes a good attitude and cleanliness. read more

Don't be fooled by the appearance of their store front..otherwise you will miss what they're cooking. These guys are amazing in their cusine so much so that most of their guests are daily take outs. Ordered the mango lassi, keema naan, butter ban, masala fish, chicken bihari kabob, and chai. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious! It takes about 20 minutes for the food to be served. Restaurant was clean, prices were reasonable, and staff is very friendly. I'll definitely be back! read more

The food is really great. I would recommend the butter chicken and naan and the vegetable rice. It's great for a quick bite. One thing though, I would make sure that you're very clear on what you're ordering because i had a mixup where they charged me for the wrong order. Otherwise, they have decent service. The owner is deceitful. He gives you a menu with one price and than you order looking at a reasonable price, when you give him the credit card, surprise you see a your total high and when you ask him why such charge, he states the prices went up and he has not changed them. Why give a menu with wrong prices. He tells you he has no rice. Dish says comes with rice. He wants you to order Indian bread so he can charge you extra. Real deceitful person. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Owner agreed for the order to be given by 2.30 pm. Called me to inform it is freshly prepared for me ans will take another hour. Reached the restaurant around 3.40 thinking my order will be ready. To my surprise he needed another 40 mins to get it prepared. It's been raining all day and all I wanted when I got home was some cha and pakoray. I decided to skip the cooking because navigation indicated it would take me almost an hour and 45 minutes to get home. I placed a door dash order for Kashmiri chai, veg pakoras, aloo palak, and chicken makhni. Delivery was great- the door dasher actually arrived early and was pleasant. I opened up my bag in my kitchen and saw the chicken makhni, but the aloo looked different. Opened it up and it was aloo gobi. I don't hate aloo gobi, but absolutely not what I ordered. I hit up door dash, who offered me a credit. Then I went to go for my pakoras, in a paper bag. I open up the bag and see it filled with samosas. Again, not what I ordered. I go to door dash again, and now have to use a different help function to complain about the same order because they consider it resolved. Sigh. Ok. I fix my plate with 2 things I didn't order because I'm super hungry. But I need a small moment of satisfaction. Can I at least have my Kashmiri tea? Nope. Because they sent me regular tea. Sigh again. 3 out of 4 items incorrect. 1 could be forgiven as a simple mix up. 2 out of 4, I could say "ok someone is off their game today." 3 out of 4? Come on. If they were out of something and decided to substitute, they could have called to confirm it was ok (what if I have an allergy to cauliflower or something). Seriously disappointed. The few times I've been to the "New" restaurant I've found myself waiting for incredibly long times, even if I have called far in advance for a scheduled pickup. To make it worse I've seen people come in after me and get their food before I did, simply because they were acquainted with them. Unfortunately we never had the chance to try the food because we were told by a large gentleman that they are closing soon..... at 7pm on a Friday night!!! I stayed parked in the lot looking for other places to eat but noticed that other people were not being turned away. The gentleman was very disrespectful and racist to my family. I am a physician who does eat a lot on the run and on the road .This particular restaurant is my absolute favorite for desi food meaning food that is identified with south east Asia especially Pakistan. The restaurant is always clean and food very fresh and delicious. The service is outstanding from the owner Aslam Sahab and his two son's Faiz and Zohaib. They take absolute pride in their work and the rest of the family is hands on too. I bring my family here regularly too and also do a lot of take out. This restaurant is also my catering go to place for when I am entertaining family or friends. Do try it once and see if you agree with my assessment. I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered food twice (Take out) and the food was cold. Biryani!!! who eats cold biryani. When I called them the guy told me to put it in the microwave, lol... seriously? I asked him, if he sells cold biryani to his customers and he told me that it was made in the afternoon, and its cold but fresh. How is Biryani made in the afternoon fresh for the night? The food at masala grill is one of the best in the area. The mixed grill is a must have. The chicken tikka masala is great as well. Their biryani is the best in the area. If you aren't in the mood for Pakistani food they also have chicken and lamb platters. The food is a must try. read more

I would like to say that the service that I received in the restaurant is excellent. The people in the restaurant treat you like true guests. The food and ambience of the restaurant is ok.
