The front office staff and hygienist were wonderful and I would go back there if I could just get the hygienist to do my cleaning without seeing the dentist. Dr. Paturu is difficult to understand, not friendly, and did not exert any effort to form a working relationship with me as a patient. She also recommended that I have multiple crowns put on teeth which are NOT causing me any problems so I was immediately suspicious about her. Dr. Paturu wanted to do a deep clean on my teeth which would have cost me over $1,300.00 but when I could not afford to have the work done she refused to allow the hygienist to perform the standard cleaning today. Note: I went there for teeth cleaning only as I was having no problems with my teeth. Again, staff is great, dentist is NOT.

I have been going to this office location since I was a kid. The place still looks the same, so…read moredon't be surprised if you think you stepped back into the 70's. That being said, the entire staff is very friendly and honest. My wife and kids had all been seeing another dentist out on Hwy K. Their dentist office was very modern and had all the new equipment, but my wife and kids kept needing work done for cavities and braces. Finally the wife got wise and wanted to get a second opinion when their dentist told them they all need more work done. They all went to Kirchhoefer's office and guess what, he said all their teeth were fine. I guess the fancy dentist on Hwy K with all the new equipment in the nice strip mall cannot pay his bills on cleaning teeth alone and must fix teeth that may not need to be fixed. Do yourself a favor and use a dentist that you can trust, don't just go to the dentist with the nicest office.

In one tooth particular i first got a filling but it kept hurting. I was then sent to the root canal dr who said i needed a root canal. Once I got that Done dr. Kirchoeffer put a really badly made crown on. This crown hurt for a year or so. I then went to another dentist who fixed the crown and in the process told me dr. K shaved 2 other of my teeth off which he was not even supposed to do. I had the other dentist fix those teeth. The new dentist also told me i needed a tooth implant. Dr. K's old technology couldn't see that. He had also been doing a sloppy.job. before we could switch dentists i called in and apparently he had abruptly retired without informing his clients.

This process consists of 26 teeth being crowned. 6 down and 20 to go. It has been a long and slow process, but my teeth and jaw have never felt better. I'm not sure how 1 missed appointment can now be expected to pay $300 for a teeth cleaning in advance? If you wanted me to come to your office and give them the flu then I could have done that? I thought I finally found a place I liked. She's a delight to talk to, and always ensures I'm comfortable and not in pain. I got a night guard for teeth grinding and TMJ, too. Dr. Hunemuller et al answer my questions, and put me at ease. I still dread going to the dentist in theory, and I always expect the worst, and I'm always wrong. And I actually like my dentist. She makes time to compare dog photos, too.

So I called them myself after receiving a text message stating that I have a bill. The first call the lady did not know where the bill came from and that she would call me back in which she never did. So I get another text two months later and I ask her where are sending the bill because I have not received it she had an email address that hadn't been used in years. I had updated my email and send me the bill that was this month. I also asked her to send the treatment plan as well she never did. So today I receive a call from them a rude lady stating she sent you the info I only have the invoice that's not what I asked for so I said send it please. She goes on to say well this is your last chance to pay the bill I said hold now I just received the bill. The bill is late because I never received and I do not go to that dental practice anymore I followed my dentist who left as well. This is very rude and unprofessional I don't recommend them at all.
