Extremely Disappointed - Never Again I've been getting my nails done for years, and I've never had an experience quite like this. From the start, I expressed concern about how thick the dip powder was being applied. I kept politely asking for a thinner look, but the technician didn't seem to want to listen. I asked for a coffin shape and walked out with bulky, blocky rectangles. The dip was heavy, uneven, and looked nothing like what I requested. It was frustrating trying to communicate what I wanted while being ignored the entire time. Eventually, I asked how much it would be without polish, hoping to just end the service. She said $40, then roughly buffed and scratched my nails before walking away without another word. Out of respect (I noticed she was pregnant), I kept my composure, paid, got my receipt, and left. But this was absolutely not okay. I've never felt so disregarded or disappointed after a nail appointment. I will not be returning. read more

The gentleman (maybe the owner) who walks around with a scowl and his arms behind his back is unfriendly, unpleasant and unwelcoming. I came in to have a nail fixed. It was acrylic ombré natural. I told him how the previous woman did it. He proceeded to paint the entire nail nude (no white). After telling him he didn't add the white, he argued with me and said I was "wrong" and "there is no white on the nail" and when I compared nails and told him there is white , he said "I can take them off and you can leave." Thankfully Henry (kind of) fixed it. There are to many nail shops in and around Richmond to settle for a subpar skillful service and unpleasant and cold staff. read more

First couple times we (myself, daughter and niece) visited the service was good, but this last time the service was extremely lacking...maybe because we came on a day that we don't normally go. WORST PEDICURE EVER!!! Throw your $30 in the trash can before you ever go here. Heels are still crusty, polish was so clumpy i asked them to remove it and id rather have nothing. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. First mistake was staying when I walked in and NO customers. I like my nails long and thick but the guy actually argued with me about what i wanted and said thin was more natural. I posted after pics, but I ended up arguing with them cause my nails were so bad, that i shouldn't have had to pay anything at all. But they swore i was picky and my nails beautiful!!! Lmfao! It really saddens me to make this review bc I have gone to them since my first set of acrylics when I was 12, same family, I LOVE Superman, he can be a little argumentative but he's playful. Unfortunately, I will never go back. They are well priced but over the years their quality is absolutely horrendous. I mean totally horrible. Crooked, uneven polish, cuts, rudeness, just everything. It needs new ownership, they have too many children in the shop with them running around and in playpens, they do not care anymore about the job they are doing and are too preoccupied and distracted by all the kids on top of that. Sorry, not sorry. I gave them 4 chances in the end hoping it was just a bad day, but no more. One star is too much. read more

My friend came here to get a full set and he absolutely destroyed her cuticle . From the looks of it they were not that sanitary there was nail dust from other people around when no one else was here, and I also saw a roach crawling around when she was getting her nails done . They had a bunch of expired nail polish and ones with the oils separating from the polish.10/10Would not recommend. read more

Horrible ! She kept cutting me with the drill! I think she cut at least 6 finger out of the 10. She was Super rough with my nails and finish my fill in about 10 mins. I'll never go there again! They may be good for individuals with fake nails, but individuals with their own. Polish did not last a full day. On Christmas Day I was doing the one thing I did not want to do, polishing my nails because my polish had come off. Speaking from experience, their polish is old and geared toward acrylic nails not real nails. They put polish remover in the nail polish to make it last or drying out, it does not work well on authentic nails only acrylic! Back to my old salons! read more

I Had Went There To Get Me And My 4 Year Old Child To Get Our Nails Painted With Gel Nail On Our Regular Nails Mind You She's Only 4 And They Said They Was Going To Charge 20 For Both Of Us So When We Got Finished She Charged Us $40. $20 for my child $20 for me so I called them he next day to ask them the price again and they told me $15! If you could give a 0 star review I would. Went with my mother to get her nails done and I decided to get a pedicure. After taking 2 1/2 hours to reach the final product my toes are bubbly and have settlement wrinkles where to many applications of paint where applied unevenly. It is the worst pedicure I have ever had. My color turned out to dark and it is slopped onto my toes making them look dirty. Again 2 1/2 and $52 later a better job should have been completed. Don't let the not-so-gorgeous look of their nail salon fool you. They are attentive, speak English, and do a good job. On top of that - no surprise charges like you get in some other nail salons. If this is the nail salon beside Walmart they are horrible. I came here for a full set one Saturday about an hour before closing. They took me in and began to sculpt my nails. At the time, I was the only customer until a group of three came in. The couple working there had their kids running around, which didn't bother me, but when the group came in the woman clipped her little girl into one of the hammocks they have set up inside. I mean litteraly clipped (with hair clips) her kids inside! Now, I understand that she had $ to make; however, everybody could see her 3 year old squirming around in their. It was so sad. Beside my better judgement, 3 weeks latter I went back earlier on a Saturday. There were 4 people working and 4 people being serviced. They told me it would be a 15 minute wait. No problem with me. Well a woman walked in and said that she wanted a manicure and they took her right back to start her service. No big deal, I figure that the guy didn't know how to do acryllic which is what I was waiting foor. Well, then two younger girls walked in and were told it would be a wait as well. Apparently, they did not want to wait, so they took off. One of the workers ran after them and said it wont be much longer. Well to my dismay, when one of the ladies got up to wash her hands they took the two new girls back. I was like WAIT, what about me? At this point I had waited for 20 minutes. They told me that I was waiting for this one lady, whom was still drilling the lady's nails. Um, no, not me waiting any longer. They tried to get me to stay, but apparently they didn't think that maybe I wanted to hurry up and get my nails done. I can be pretty patient, but these people pushed my buttons. With a million nail places on each corner it's easy enough to find someone to do my nails. read more

Worst nail shop ever. Went here on a whim to get my eyebrows done. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I told the lady my eyebrows looked uneven, all her response was I do eyebrows 19 years, they look fine honey. Go to my car, to take a closer look in my mirror, eyebrows completely hideous. Go back in to give her an opportunity to fix, she does nothing to fix her mistake. Frustrated, I leave go to another nail shop 5 minutes away, the girl even asked what happened to your eyebrows smh. I go back to NAIL US, show her the receipt that I had pay again to fix her mistake. Still I do eyebrows 19 years, I could have did the same for you.. Well I gave you an opportunity, when I came back in. I have pictures to show proof of the difference. Now as I am typing this, I am on the phone with the bank to dispute this charge. If you make a mistake just own up to it or if the customer is unhappy, don't tell them they are PICKY.
