While waiting a guys from the back came out and was speaking with one of the sales ladies. He made the comment loud enough for me to hear, "at least they didn't keep ringing the doorbells". That same saleslady assisted me with locating the bulb I needed after making a call. Once she told me the price was almost $100 for the bulb, I said stated thanks but maybe I can find it cheaper online. Who isn't budget conscious these days???? I guess her, because she gave me the nastiest look and said ok, stuck her nose in the air and walked away. I told her that I was sorry for being such a bother, because it was obvious I was, she said only when you said you'd look online.
