They have a display of doorbells which is of course very irresistible for kids. After a couple times of pushing the button I stopped that. While waiting a guys from the back came out and was speaking with one of the sales ladies. He made the comment loud enough for me to hear, "at least they didn't keep ringing the doorbells". That same saleslady assisted me with locating the bulb I needed after making a call. Once she told me the price was almost $100 for the bulb, I said stated thanks but maybe I can find it cheaper online. Who isn't budget conscious these days???? I guess her, because she gave me the nastiest look and said ok, stuck her nose in the air and walked away. I told her that I was sorry for being such a bother, because it was obvious I was, she said only when you said you'd look online. This place will never see my business again and I plan on leaving a review every website I can. Oh BTW I only brought my little girls with me because my wife has been deployed overseas for the past 9 months and is not back yet. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY !!!

Stay far away. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They are massively overpriced,…read moredemand payment before finishing the work, and will shirk all responsibility if they break something in your home.I hired them to update wiring in an older home with knob and tube wiring, accepting a quote of nearly $5,000. They did fine on the other areas, but completely broke my stairs' landing light. This light worked perfectly the night before they started. They were specifically paid to update the switch. The moment the technician left, the light was broken. When I called, they immediately denied responsibility and claimed it "might not have been working" before--flat out ignoring that I was there the night before using it. To make matters worse, they had the nerve to quote me an additional $2,800 to fix what their own technician just broke. What followed was a painful 6-week ordeal of poor customer service and constant lies. I spoke to management, who promised their senior technician, Anthony, would look into it. Instead, I was ghosted for weeks. Every time I called, I got the run-around: "we will call you Wednesday," "we will call you tomorrow," "we will call you Monday." No one ever called. I had to chase them constantly just to speak to a receptionist. Finally, a manager named Mike called me back. He gave me the run-around, claiming they aren't responsible because "it's knob and tube wiring." He actually expected me to fully shoulder the cost to repair the damage they caused. When I asked him to at least deduct the cost of the switch update from my original bill to account for the broken light and weeks of terrible service, he refused. When I told him I would contact my attorney if they didn't make it right, Mike condescendingly replied, "go ahead."Mike called back later and said, "Let me see what I can do. I've been down the legal road before, but sometimes people are just unreasonable." Not only did he call me unreasonable for wanting what I paid for, but he openly admitted he and this company have been down this legal road before for similar issues. This company seems to think that because a house is old, they have a free pass to cause damage without accountability. That is not how the law works. I have already contacted my attorney, as this company would clearly rather settle this in court than make a good-faith effort to correct their mistakes. If you use this company, beware: if they break something, you will have zero recourse, and they will nickel-and-dime you to pay for their blunders. Completely unprofessional at every level. As I have not heard back yet again and no good faith effort has been made to make this right. It looks like I'm going to be starting litigation just to get them to reimburse me for the work they failed to complete and the wiring and light they broke.
