Its very difficult to move a parent knowing, for his own safety, he couldn't have visitors for a while...the caregivers and leadership teams were so kind, so supportive of our family, so helpful to this "new normal". Farmstead staff really went out if their way to help our family understand complexities of Alzheimer's and take over care of Dad. Our family feels so blessed to have the Farmstead staff to lean on.The caregivers are so kind, professional, patient, respectful and genuinely nice to my Dad... it has been a comfort to know he has such good care! The facility is new, clean and so cozy, Dad had his own suite, and we were able ti make personal and cozy to help Dad feel the extended love "away" from home... Our family feels blessed to have our extended "family" at Farmstead in south Moorhead and so close and convenient for regular family and friends visits..

This was my first time getting transferred to Pam from Sanford ICU. all departments, including the nursing PT, OT, speech therapy, nurses, nurse practitioners, aftercare coordinator, charge nurses, MD's , assistants, the chefs. I literally mean every single person employed there truly goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that you are. As a patient and are not just a number in our well taken care of. 110% of the time you're not just another number. Some huge facilities treat you like a problem not a patient. Not at Pam. they treat you like family. My score for Pam is a well-deserved. A+++.

I have been coming here for over a decade and I am probably healthier than I have been in the last 40 years thanks to a doctors who cares about the whole person and a medical group that doesn't give up on their patient. If I had had the privilege of knowing this group of medical professionals years ago, I wouldn't spend so long, not working and living on disability, so that people understand being on disability is not a privilege and it sucks so when you find someone who can help you get back to being a normal person it really means the world. I had inpatient chemotherapy every other week from July 16th to September 2024. I would be hospitalized for 4 to 5 days every other week. In October 2024 I had a Bone Marrow Transplant and was hospitalized for 3 weeks. I had the best care I've ever had in my life. A huge shout out to Dr. Maliske and his nursing staff and the Bone Marrow Transplant care team. Also, a huge shout out to the 7th floor staff the nurses, CNA's housekeepers and the most amazing Medical Secretary. They truly are the most compassionate team ever. Everything and everyone couldn't have been any kinder and supportive. My Doctors; Dr. Terrell, Dr. Blanchard and Dr. Gitau. They were all excellent in there specific areas of practice, I could not have been with a better group of specialists. Amy Schmidt, the Sanford coordinator was as good as you can ask for, she communicated often and always met me at one of my appointments to see how I was doing, etc. what a marvelous person, so caring!

The ladies at the front desk are always welcoming and friendly, I'm always able to get in when…read moreneeded, even appointments before and after work so I don't need to take half the day off. Both my 14 year old daughter and I see Dr Paape and won't see anybody else. In fact she asks for him specifically and won't consider anybody else. Impeccable bedside manner, great with kids, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain not only what's causing the issue, but why it's causing an issue, and a better way to do whatever is contributing to the issue (sleep, posture, sitting etc).
