I was able to complete everything over the phone and by text to move in. The unit door was open and it was desert dirty when moving in. There were screws, small tools, etc all over the unit and in front of the unit. The unit was drywall inside. It had dents and dings, and is not completed. They claim it is a 9×11, but we measured it and it's actually 8×10. We paid 90 a month. The move out process has not been as easy. I called on 12/21 to advise we would be moved out by 12/24 and not to bill me again. They advised I would need to send a photo of the empty unit with the door up, showing the unit number, and swept out. I emailed the pictures on 12/24 and requested a confirmation they were received and that I would not be billed again. I received a response on 12/26 thanking me for the pictures, and they would send me a confirmation once they did a physical inspection. I'm not sure why the pictures were necessary if they do an inspection. I sent a follow up today to make sure I won't be billed again, and am waiting for a response. If I don't hear anything by Friday morning, I will cancel my credit card. Yes, it's $15 cheaper than Uhaul storage, but it's not worth the hassle.

He wasn't pushy, he was very honest with us and matter of fact. The type of person i like to deal with. We also worked with John on consigning my late father's motor home. John was also very kind, understanding and straight up. Jim and John both were very pleasing to work with. Efficient, organized and honest. Their manager however is another story, he is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Martin was nice yes. But, he was probably the most unorganized person i have worked with. Paperwork was not in order. We had our own funding and when we came in with the check to pay for our new trailer and trade in our 5th wheel. Our file was nowhere to be found. Jim came in on his day off to help, John did his best to have us sign all necessary paperwork. They both assisted us with the new hitch and helped us on our way. A week later, i got a call from Martin requesting that i come in at 2 o'clock to sign more paperwork that was missed and to give them the down payment check (they already were given this and it had been removed from my account already). When i arrived at 2pm to sign the remaining paperwork, Martin wasn't there. John had no idea why I was there. Martin hadn't even left Anthem yet knowing that we had an appointment to sign paperwork at 2pm that day. John was finally able to find out what paperwork was still needed and once signed I was on my way. This would have been a much more pleasant experience if Martin would have been more organized and respectful of our time by being prepared. I would highly recommend Jim and John for your RV needs.

U-Haul really saved my posterior, and my sanity…read more My brother had a medical crisis, and I had to move his truck and camper to secure parking, since he was unable to. I called three storage locations, all were full. But the third - they keep tabs on other sites, and suggested U-Haul might have an open slot. They did! We limped it down, only to find a problem. A fire control pipe intruded into the space, and no amount of wiggling was going to get it all in. I called the office, and they came out and agreed. He called the manager and they're going to contact their people who are responsible for the fire suppression system. But that leaves me without a place to park my stuff, as they're full up. Except the space next to it is open. I suggest they call the person who owns that space and see if we could temporarily park there until the pipe is turned so I can park in the space needed. They call the renter, and they agree! I park my truck and trailer in that next space, all is well. This was a tremendous relief for me. U-Haul's help was fantastic and greatly appreciated.
