Their computer saves all the addresses where you mail packages, so everyone's info was in the computer from last year, making it a very streamlined and quick process. They also offer packing services, which is super convenient. Everyone who works at this location is friendly and welcoming. It's much less stressful than standing in line at the Post Office.

Just to see, I spent a day calling around for quotes. Some places wanted nearly $300/hr plus a long laundry list of hidden fees, and I thought there was no way it was worth it. But the last company I called was Sterling Interstate, and wow--what a breath of fresh air. We had already dealt with a lot of stress while closing on our first home, and we just needed a reliable team to cross the finish line. The moving industry doesn't always have the best reputation, so I was praying they'd be good--and they turned out to be the absolute best. Not only is their hourly rate very fair for the quality of work, but they also don't hit you with random fees. My husband and I had our home 95% packed and stacked, leaving them to navigate moving everything down a flight of stairs and prepping/packing the larger furniture. Since this was our first time hiring movers, we were blown away: they wrapped and packed everything like it was going cross-country! Even knowing it was only a 15-minute drive, they took zero chances with damage, and everything arrived completely untouched. I am terrible with names, so I've already forgotten the exact crew who came out, but they were AMAZING. On a brutally hot and humid July day in Arizona, they hustled nonstop for 6.5 hours. They took necessary breaks, but they worked so hard, all while cracking jokes with us and keeping the mood light. By the time they left, it felt like saying goodbye to old friends. Pro tip: If you hire movers in the AZ summer, please be kind--offer them cold water, sports drinks, and maybe some Rice Krispies Treats to keep them going! Hired to provide packing, moving, unpacking, estate sale and property clear out services, I experienced problems at every step. I was promised by the company co-owner they could find items in the house we needed and that everything would be unpacked for Mom's move into assisted living. The employee who manages the estate sale and clear out process would later assert they do not find specific items. For the packing/moving/unpacking phase of the work, our charges we paid more than $5,000 dollars including the tip I provided but later found out they did not unpack several boxes (just put them in the closet) and made the decision without checking with me not to move items I had asked to be moved. The estate sale and property clear out was challenging from the beginning. Despite asking multiple times, I did not get updates on the items I was promised they could find. My realtor was told to stay off the property for more than two weeks before they even did anything (I was not told about this by Busy Bees and it has delayed getting our house listed) and a few days before everything was supposed to be done, I was told they would not clear out property in the attic. Not unreasonable given the heat (even if it was their timeline and they should know AZ weather) but no alternatives were given, nor did they respond to the alternatives I proposed until several days later when the property needed to be turned over to my realtor to get it listed. At additional cost, I booked another company. During the property clear out of the main level, they left several large furniture items, damaged the gate, the door and left broken glass. Instead of removing everything from the property, they overfilled our garbage and recycling bins and just left it. The company response to complaints and concerns was to blame me, my realtor and two of the neighbors. If you care about your family's estate and don't want more stress, avoid Busy Bees!

Jeff and his crew (Roy, Matthew & Aidan) came up with a solution for me that was very workable. They came out 2 days before the move and completely loaded up a U-Haul. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself. I should have let them do it. They came in under what their original time / cost estimate was. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys and God forbid, I should ever have to move again, they would be my first call. Thanks guys, you were GREAT!!
