I was informed that my insurance had to be verified, ( I had a prescription from a sports medicine Doctor) yet 28 hours later no confirmation. Called and spoke to a therapist and was told that my appointment was at 4:00pm yet made it for 8:00am plus no verification of insurance had been done. Too bad , their services were much better years ago, now nobody seems able to properly perform simple tasks .Needless to say , I cancelled the appointment . I f this is indicative of services provided, look out!

Always make you feel welcome by greeting you by name and makes you feel like family. Willing to work with your schedule. Never a dull moment. The establishment is always filled with laughter. I have been a patient over the last few months. This establishment got me back to work. Without them I would have been lost. Great muscle strengthening, posture building and body mechanics being taught. Great hands on body works done. Great place to do therapy after an injury. Thanks to their awesome team of therapists Ted, Russell, Brian and Kim. Other great team members Trevor, Rein, Laurie, Melissa and Conrad.

Just to add about the care of Dr. Weigel he's the only thing good about the appointment the Billing…read moreoffice well that's another story and that's why I have a negative review because the Billing office didn't do their job they decided to bill me instead it is their responsibility to call the insurance company if the insurance company is requesting medical records for a service . that is their job to send it and they didn't do what they said they did and they decided to bill me for it. I'm not responsible until they send their bill to the insurance company and do what they need to do as a billing office. They are only allowed to bill me for a coinsurance if the EOB specifies I received an $1100.00 bill from Dr Weigles office I had an office visit the first and only visit at 1088 North Broadway Yonkers , Ny - I paid my $40.00 copay and my UHC insurance paid for the service that was billed and he is in network with my plan so why in the heck would I get a bill for $1100.00 what the heck is going on with this billing office? Before making this apt I verified with my ins and with the office of Dr Weigle my responsibility was $40 which is my copay and the EMG And muscle test amount I may be responsible if this service was billed which based on the UHC EOB it was not billed and even if it was billed the amount I would have been responsible for is $115.00 and that is all I am not responsible for anything else I will never go to this office again because of the fraudulent bill I received nor will I ever recommend this office I am not paying $1100.00 for an office visit

Every person that works here is tremendous. The front desk, the pt aides, the physical therapist, and Dr. Weigle himself. They are all very personable and kind. I never feel rushed or feel like I am bothering anyone. The receptionist is so friendly (which makes or breaks a place) and there is essentially no waiting time. If physical therapy is on your horizon , I would highly recommend this place. Dr. Weigle and his whole team are nothing short of amazing!

By the time I got there, I had been dealing with it for months and was pretty frustrated. I'll be honest--I was skeptical at first. Progress wasn't immediate, but I stuck with it, and eventually things started to improve. Today, I have almost full mobility back and have been pain free for the last few weeks, which is something I honestly wasn't sure I'd be able to say when I first walked through the door. What really stands out about Symmetry is the staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely seems happy to be there. The front desk team is always pleasant and helpful, whether you're checking in, calling with a question, or trying to move an appointment around. I've worked primarily with Tyler, and he deserves a lot of credit for the progress I've made. He's knowledgeable, encouraging, and does a great job of explaining what you're doing and why you're doing it. At the same time, one thing that's impressed me is how well the entire staff works together. Even though I've primarily worked with one therapist, everyone pitches in and supports one another. It never felt like I was just showing up for an appointment and leaving. You get the sense that everyone there genuinely cares about their patients and wants to see them succeed. They don't just run you through the same routine every visit and send you on your way. They take the time to work with you, adjust things as you progress, and keep you motivated. For me, the results speak for themselves. I went from months of constant pain and limited mobility to being pain free and getting back to normal. I'm glad I stuck with it, and I'm grateful for all the help and encouragement I received along the way.

My doctor told me that, if I stick to a regimented therapy plan, I should be able to recover with near full use of my shoulder. After a less than pleasant experience at a hospital-based PT office, I decided to make a change and try out Symmetry. Their office hours are way more accommodating. Depending upon your schedule, they have early mornings, midday, and evenings available, as well as Saturdays. This was the initial selling point for me, as I was researching new locations. After reading some of the online reviews, I made the decision to have a consult. I met the owner, Chris, during my first visit. He immediately put my mind at ease, and understood all of my concerns. I am a highly active 45 year old wife, mother, and professional, so it was and is, very important for me to recover so as to feel when again. The front desk staff is super accommodating. They know all the patients by face and name, and they really make you feel at home. The PT staff is upbeat and help to motivate all the patients. They always have great music on, the space is clean, and I've never felt neglected. I'm a bit of an introvert, and they always just let me be. I do like to listen to the banter that goes on. The place, the staff and even the patients, all feel like a little family. I took a small break over the holidays, due to traveling, but plan to visit my docs for a check in, and to continue with my PT. I'm hoping to begin training for a 2025 Spartan. Fingers crossed!

The staff is friendly, welcoming, and treats both patients and their families with kindness and respect. One thing that has stood out is the food--it is fresh, tasty, and well prepared, which is so important during recovery. Families also have access to a microwave and vending machines, which is a thoughtful convenience during visits. The Director of Nursing has been attentive and responsive, and outside medical appointments are scheduled appropriately with follow-up care coordinated. The facility itself is modern, clean, and well maintained, with housekeeping staff consistently keeping the environment spotless. Patients have access to their own television with a Fire Stick, which helps make their stay more comfortable. I also appreciate the therapy department's open-door policy, which allows families to feel more involved in the rehabilitation process. My only suggestions for improvement would be to provide more regular updates on patients' progress so families can better understand how rehabilitation is going. In addition, the West Wing seems to be short-staffed on weekends, which can affect the overall experience. Overall, I would recommend this facility. The caring staff, clean environment, quality food, and strong therapy services have made a positive difference in my husband's recovery.
