WHAT I ASKED FOR vs. WHAT I GOT!…read more I asked for jumbo individual braids with a neat cornrow start, to help my THICk hair lay flat. She said she couldn't do the cornrow "stitch" style but could still do "feed-ins". I assumed I would still have the flat start just without the stitch pattern..... I WAS WRONG! I ended up with 21 chunky "knotless feedin" braids with basically knots at the root because she fed-in SOOO MUCH HAIR AT ONCE!!! I said I didn't agree with the price ($140) because it was not what asked for /expected. When I paid her $120, she threatens to cut my braids out. I was only asking for a $20 price reduction for the different in expectation.... but she said pay or cut! Very rude and unprofessional to be forced to pay an excessive amount for a service I was unsatisfied with. These Braider's do what they want NOT what they're asked!!!! They are not familiar with new styles or trends and just end up doing knotless box braids. If you can't do something SEND ME TO SOMEONE ELSE! They are NOT careful with your hair, they are rough, and will cut your hair because THEY didn't braid it neatly. Im from out of town so I will NEVER be back anyway, but for any out of towners.... don't waste your money. The place is not very clean and I saw a bug crawling through all the hair left on the ground.
