Providing me very detailed information and explanations that made dealing with the insurance appraiser a breeze. The quality of work that they perform is like none other I have experienced, they did an absolutely amazing job applying my PPF (can't even tell it's there!) and ceramic coating. They also do an amazing job washing that car, I don't trust anyone else to touch it. They aren't the cheapest shop in the area, but... you get what you pay for.
