Honestly, I don't even know where to begin!! This shop was amazing to me from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, they were upfront and transparent about pricing for my brakes and other repairs. They even did a full inspection and cleaning (including a full engine bay clean and diagnostic check) to really see what was going on so they could give me honest and accurate recommendations. The pricing was more than fair! Especially as a woman! I really appreciated how genuine and respectful they were. You don't always get that at other shops, but here I felt completely taken care of and never overcharged. Chris took the time to break everything down for me, explaining what needed to be fixed first and what could wait, which I truly valued. I am a bit disappointed because I referred my sister (who's only visiting for the weekend), and she's unfortunately having a rough experience. She dropped off her car yesterday (Friday, 10/31) and clearly mentioned it needed to be ready by the end of the day or today in which the person at the front desk understood and agreed. My sister NEVER received a voicemail or text yesterday to let her know her car was ready, and now the shop is closed, so she's unable to pick it up. The person at the front desk should have known the shop was going to be closed today and should have given my sister a courtesy call before closing. What im not ok with is them returning it to me in pieces and with a dead battery and completely covered in dust. Not a good look from this side of the counter at all. If you or anyone you know is in need of any type of auto repair, look no further! A-One Auto Center was my top choice out of all the competitor body shops in the area near me. Surprisingly, it was also the most affordable option. Ruben(the manager) and the rest of his team were super helpful from the start and were willing to answer all the questions that my dad and I had about the car. All of the other body shops were charging me so much and did not want to repair and only wanted to replace my whole bumper and quarter panel and Ruben was the only one that said they can fix it in no time! I was informed it would take 4 days and it indeed was done by then. He even gave me his business card and told me to call or text him if I had any further questions. Upon picking up my car, it was shining and super clean as if I had just bought it from the dealership again. The damage that was done prior was completely fixed and looked as if nothing even happened to begin with. They are very responsive over the phone and via email. Jessica helped me throughout the entire process. Turnaround time was reasonable (factoring in the availability parts). Taking my car in for repairs is my least favorite thing to do, but bringing my car to A-One Auto was the easiest process. I'm not familiar with car repairs but the process was explained to me that was understandable. I had a 3rd party warranty and was doubtful that the repairs would be covered. Ash and Ruben from A-One Auto were so helpful throughout the whole process of having some scratches on both sides of my car reparied. When I got it back, it felt like I had a whole new car! Ruben made a confusing process easy to understand, giving me a clear picture of what my options were and how to go about filing an insurance claim. Ash went above and beyond by helping me deal with my insurance and advocating for me to them. Anytime I called, if he wasn't able to answer, he always called me back within 1-2 minutes. He even gave me a ride home all the way to Manhattan Beach from the shop after dropping my car off so that I wouldn't have to pay for an uber. I am not dissatisfied with the fact of getting a oem bumper after concerning the fact of that from the start i stated i wanted oem parts. I am disappointed due to once I received the car the first time with the after market bumper that there was missing clips on the trunk bed liner, of course there will probably be no evidence in the wheel lock lug nug missing since your team would probably know spots where cameras cant see. Very happy with the service that was provided. I called to ask some questions prior to towing my car there. I thought the issue was a transmission control module (TCM). They told me it may not be, and it could be a sensor. They indicated that a full diagnostic would reveal the root problem. They were correct. It was a sensor that was the issue, but the full diagnostic also revealed a second sensor thay was faulty as well. My main concern was my transmission issue, but I never mentioned the inconsistent engine idle that was slightly rough at times, but it was intermittent. They replaced both faulty sensors, and all issues are now resolved. Transmission is operating just like new and my vehicle idles as smooth as butter. I had my 2020 Nissan Rogue 12/29/22, driving 110 Freeway in Downtown, Business pickup truck smashed my bumper and ran away. I had to fix it with my insurance. I stopped by A-One since they were walking distance from my home, and talked to Ruben. My insurance company inspector told Ruben to fix and replace here and there, Ruben told him some of them were unnecessary. My insurance told me that my car was "Salvaged," I told my insurance company it's impossible!! My insurance company sent another inspector and Ruben told him what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Ruben saved me from loosing my car, and their work were incredible!! I found this shop on google on a Thursday, went and got a quote, paid for the new mirror and was able to have it installed on Friday like brand new. Over all they did a good job till now have to see if color paint doesn't change in the future ANYWAY my only advise is TAKE DOWN your miles I'm 100% sure they drove my car over 300 miles so they took it for a good drive VERY unhappy!!! Also they broke my spare tired lash WHY??? have no idea why they would even be in my trunk??? my damage were in the front!!
